REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT FITTINGS, HIGH MAST LIGHTS, HANGER LAMPS, POST TOP LANTERN, TIMER SWITCHES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN PURNEA UNDER AGE (I) (AF) PURNEA.

Routine weekly cheak up of all street lights/High Mast lights at Air force Purnea including technical area and taking down any unservicable light, repairing minor repairs including changing flexible wires, removing carbon, cutting/relugging of cables or opening fitting, changing SPD Drivers etc. and refixing at the same location all as directed by Engr-in- Charge Note : i).Contractor has to maintaining weekly servicability record register and submit the same at the end of week as per APPX 'A' Attached all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. ii) Cost of .T&P/Vehicle/Boom Ladder required deemed to be included in the rateiii). Minor consumiable items like lugs of suitable size, CRC spray & insulation tape deemed to be included in quoted rate. iv) Major items such as LED drivers and SPD will be paid separately. v Penalty of Rs 500 shall be imposed for non-attending of street light per week.

S&F LED Post top lantern of 15 Watts, 240V, 50Hz IP 65 made of black ABS plastic spigot, spun aluminium funnel shape with clear acrylic and all accessories such as integrated drivers pre-wired etc suitable for gate light pipe, including taking down old unseviceable post top lantern,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old unseviceable street light,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including taking down old unseviceable flood light,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair in proper position MCB four pole of capacity 40 to 63 amps, 240 Volts C-series with 10 kA breaking capacity , complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating.

S&F in repair GI bracket for street light made out of 32mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade' 1.5 mtr length bend in shape as required complete with MS flat iron clamp,nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per 06 here in above but bracket made out of 25mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade' complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable junction box with IP 66 protection (halogen free and weather proof) for outdoor installations of size 155 x 210 x 92 mm with terminals including SP MCB of 6 Amp, gland for cable, FI clamp of size 20x3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers, provision of connectors for connection of cables etc including taking down complete all as specified and as directed. S&F PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 2.5 sqmm, three core 3 Run and 2.5 sqmm earthing cable in and including through GI tube of light grade of 15mm bore dia for connection of street light on pole / wall from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip etc all as specified including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Excavation, earthwork and protection of cable shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ. Note:- (i) Excavation, Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (ii) Cable route indicator of metal of height 600 mm above GL duly written "LT CABLE" on every 50 mtr to be fixed with PCC, 150 mm below the GL , Cost of route indicator and PCC for fixing indicators to be deemed in this item rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc plain cement concrete (1:3:6) , type C1 as in pit, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) nominal mix type B1 as in cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia med gde, wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead upto 7.50m long,complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) if the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (ii) Testing to be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge, (iii) T&P and testing instrument (meger) to be provided by the contractor at own cost.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returnig , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be considered for payment.

Supply and lay in trenches brick, common burnt in clay, building brick, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm gradeed stone aggregrate) as in foundations filling and mass for pole concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm gradeed stone aggregrate) for padestal coping incl necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing mannually or by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine or mannually etc as per site requirment.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40mm bore steel tubes "light grade" galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls or in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT Poles of height 8.5 / 9 mtrs height of LT OH line or street light steel tubular poles above ground level coping including cross arm channels, flat iron clamp in LT OH line by scrapping with wire brush and applying two coat of alluminium paint including pole numbering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old distempered / white wash / painted RCC Poles upto 11/9 mtrs height of street light poles above ground level incl coping with two coat of existing or as directed distemper including two coat of aluminium paint over iron surfaces such as cross arms, channels, Flat iron clamp, nuts, bolts, washers etc in LT OH line including writing pole numbers with black paint.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Astronomical Street Light time Switch alongwith suitable Power Contactor, MCB and Support Terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP54.The Contactor, MCB and Circuit Wiring should suitable enough to take load of 12 kW load equally distributed over 3-phase .Contactor Rating: 40.Amps (4-pole).MCB (4-pole) Rating: 40.Amps (3 nos.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ABB, Legrand, schnider or equivalent make.

Supply only LED Driver of existing 30/45/72 W LED Street light fitting as per existing make of LED fitting including Surge protection device (SPD) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Fixing charge deemed to be included in the rate quoted in item no. 01 above.

Supply only LED Driver of existing 90/120 W LED Street light fitting/flood light as per existing make of LED fitting including Surge protection device (SPD) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Fixing charge deemed to be included in the rate quoted in item no. 01 above.

SSupply only LED Driver of existing 150/200 W LED Flood light fitting as per existing make of LED fitting including Surge protection device (SPD) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Fixing charge deemed to be included in the rate quoted in item no. 01 above.

Supply and Fix LT Bus bar chamber Outdoor/floor mounted suitable for 415V 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC Supply system busbar capacity 200A as specified .The panel should be powder coated paint for better environmental protection,made of CRCA sheet steel 3.15 mm having RYB indicating lamp and multifunctional meter for ampere and voltage rating including making of foundation of the panel,pcc ,lugs and glang of suitable size ,Fixing and connection Included in quoted rate ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting all terminating cables to existing Panel MCCBs, removing the panel from foundation and raising the same upto 1.5 mtr from existing level including welding additional angle iron leg of size as per existing and reconnecting/relugging the existing cable, MCCBs and painting, complete all as specified & directed

S&F in repair rotary type on-off switch Isolator box of rating IP 66 for 4 phase (3P+1N) 415 V for street light, fixing to existing panel/pole including mounting kit and minor alteration/fabrication of opening in panel if required, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting linear groove on existing pole foundation for inserting HDPE/GI Pipe and cables and replasting/coping including making good & painting,complete all as specified & directed.

S&F HDPE PLB Pipe of 50 mm size including inserting existing cable upto junction box and reconnecting,complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for demolishing old broken PCC coping foundation around pole above ground level carefully without damaging cables to junction box and making new PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded of size 600X600 mm and reconnecting cables inside of PCC including slope at top surface around pole & painting with two coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified & directed.
