Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Lighft shade vitrified ceramic tiles in floors, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick Light shade vitrified tiles in skirting, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough & even for receiving kota/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 450 x 300 x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, dado/skirting and apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms, steps, window cills, incl edge moulding & cutting holes for gas pipe through drill machine and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified heavy duty (dura stone) tiles 300x300x9 to 10 mm thick in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.
