SH-I (Initial repairing of fire alarm system)

Checking & rectifiying the faults in all loops for proper functioning of fire alarm system in academy block (10 loops) & hostel block (2 loops) a) Diagonise and rectifying the ground/ earth /short / intermittent faults ,find the missing device/open circuit faults including servicing of all mcb's, hooters, modules & cleaning of dirty detectors etc., b) Replacing the required accessories/spares (supply cost not included) c) Making the system operational by doing all required rectification/ modification as per standard engineering practice.

Repairing of CPS-24e Power Supply Card

Modifying the battery charging system in PA system upto the requirement & as per Standard engineering practice.

Complete Rectification of uncommisioned / partialy complete/ incomplete Notifier make PA System including. 1.Attending field faults after Tracing / Connecting all incoming cables with panel. 2.Checking the connections in all speakers. 3.Attending field faults to make system functional (Note : at present PA system is not commissioined & cables not connected)

Commissioning of Notifier make PA system panel by making interconnection with Fire alarm panel

Supply of Notifier DSDB Board for PA system panel.

Other works as and when required

Supply, fixing and welding etc., of heavy quality Mild Steel heavy class (C-class) quality pipes conforming to latest IS amendment, complete with necessary fitting like flanges, bends, tees and reducers etc. required including fixing the pipes on wall, in ground (with wrapping & coating) or above ground with MS Frame Support & suitable clamps and painting as per direction of Engineer In-charge as and when required.

SITC of following PN 1.6, C I Butterfly Valves on the existing M S Pipes including flanges, gaskets, bolt, nut & washers etc., including dismantling the existing one as and when required.

SITC of following PN 1.6, C I Reflex/NRV’s on the existing M S Pipes including flanges, gaskets, bolt, nut & washers etc., including dismantling the existing one as and when required.

Hydro Testing Charges for 48 Hours i/c deputation of manpower.

Finding leakage of underground pipe by excavation of all types of earth, attend the leakage and refill the earth 1 job means maximum length of two meter with required depth. If more length excavated as per site requirement no extra payment shall be made by IAA.

To detect underground pipe leakage by putting Dead end flanges of required sizes in above ground where ever & whatever quantity possible using Heavy labours / Hydraulic or Manual mechanism.

Attend the pipe leakage by doing Arc welding & cutting with required machine & man at one place. If more welding required at more places payment shall be made appropriately/ multiple.

Aboveground including Primering & painting

SITC of 12 volt 12/7 AH maintenance free batteries for Fire Alarm with new terminals. This work includes the cost of dismantling the existing batteries & the cost of buyback of these dismantled batteries.

Comprehensive Servicing & Overhauling of Fire Engine of Kirloskar make along with AMF panels as per manufacturer recommendation.It includes Carrying out the Monthly B-Checks, changing of hoses, Minor repairs and adjustment as required for the engines. No extra payment shall be made for any items used in rectifying & maintaining the fire engine.

Painting of existing fire pipe lines with one or more coat as per requirement of following size as and when required.

Refilling of Fire Extinguishers as and when required.

SH-II Operation & Maintenance (After Making the Fire Alarm system Operational)

Annual Maintenance Contract Of Complete Fire alarm and PA System Of Academic Block And Hostel Block Of Indian Aviation Academy Including Log book maintenance, Daily & Weekly Inspection, Monthly Preventive Maintenance and Carrying Out Mock Drill As Per civic authorities Fire Standards by Deploying following manpower for all month i/c sunday and other holidays i) Fire Alarm Technician round the clock i/c reliver (Semi-Skilled - 3 Nos per day i.e. 1 nos per shifts comprises of 8 hrs. ii) Un-skilled Helper in General Shift i/c reliver(1 Nos i.e. 1 nos per day and duty comprises of 8 hrs per day . (Note : Extra Unskilled manpower should be provided as and when required for regular maintenance, Testing & Fire Drill etc., without any extra cost)

OEM Service Engineer / OEM Trained Service Engineer's Monthly minimum 2 Visits & multiple breakdown visit as and when required or as instructed by engineer incharge.

SH-III Operation & Maintenance ( Fire Fighting system) w.e.f. 14/12/2022

Annual Maintenance Contract Of Complete Fire Hydrant And Wet Riser System Of Academic Block And Hostel Block Of Indian Aviation Academy Including Weekly Inspection, Monthly Preventive Maintenance With The Following Manpower And Carrying Out Mock Drill As Per Fire Standards.( Hydrant:- 43 Nos., & Sprinklers. Diesel Pump: - 1 No., Main Pump: - 1 No., Jockey Pump: - 1 No. Booster Pump: -2Nos.) A. Weekly Inspection: One Senior Electrical Technician & One Mechanical Technician, One Helper B. Monthly Preventive Maintenance: - One Expert Engineer, One Senior Electrical Technician & One Mechanical Technician, Two Helpers

Supply, fixing and welding etc., of required length of 150 mm heavy quality Mild Steel heavy class C- Class quality pipes conforming to latest IS amendment, complete with necessary fitting like flanges, bends, tees and reducers etc., at ceiling of basement level required including fixing the pipes on wall with MS Frame Support & suitable clamps and painting.

Site visit of fire technician /fire engineer & other civic authority during the inspection by Fire officers as and when it is required for NOC (Legal Compliance with Delhi Fire Services) and routine Delhi Fire Services officials or other civic authorities official visit at IAA & Hostel block. This work includes follow up for fire NOC & get fire NOC as and when required.

SH-V DSR-2019 (For Wet Riser and Sprinkler System) as and when required.

DSR-2019 (For Wet Riser and Sprinkler System) as and when required. and as directed by E-I-C complete as required for a fixed amount of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. (Note: The contractor/agency has to quote an amount above or below the fixed amount of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. The difference of the amount so quoted and Rs. 1.5 Lakhs shall be calculated for % age w.r.t the Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. The said work out +/- % age will be applied to the DSR' 2019 rate and the quoted amount shall be consider as payable rate of the bidder for each items without any esclation/cost index at any time during contract period.)
