Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. a) 2 x 1.5 sq. mm

b) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

c) 2 x 2.5 sq. mm

d) 3 x 2.5 sq. mm

Supplying and Installation of 4 Feet 20 Watt Energy-Efficient LED Tubelight Batten etc. as required. (M/s Crompton / Philips make)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm ceiling fan, 3 nos. metal(Aluminium alloy) blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, copper winding, i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. a) 20 mm

Dismantling of existing fittings, Power cable, switch boards, wiring, plug/sockets, Conduits, frames and other misc. electrical items and repairing the damage etc complete as reqd. (In existing Old T.Exch. Nakur)

Shifting of all electrical items from existing Old T.E Bldg. to demand place as per instruction of site incharge.

Supplying and fixing of following way distribution board made of sheet steel on surface / recess having IP-42 & 43 protection double metal door complete with all standard accessories, inter connection i/c painting earthing etc. complete as required. (a) 4 Way TPN DB (M/s Legrand Cat No. 5076 70 or SS make)

Supplying and fixing of following rating MCBs / Isolators in the existing MCB DBs complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required. (a) 6-32 Amp SP MCB (M/s Legrand make or SS make)

b) 63 Amp 4 pole Isolater

Supplying & Laying of 4 x 16 Sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed Al. Conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade on surface / wall etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

I.T.C of 1.5 TR Split type A/c unit i/c brazing / welding of refrigeration pipe between indoor & outdoor unit makng suitable hole in the wall for crossing of refrigeration pipe a/w control cable and drain pipe with core cutting machine / hammer machine, sealing the same and making good the damage, leak test etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of copper refrigeration pipe lines i.e suction and discharge copper pipe length for split A/c unit of i/c foam insulation etc. complete as required.

Supplying and drawing of 3 core 2.5 Sqmm multi core copper conductor PVC insulated FR Power cable for electrical connection etc. complete as reqd.

Supply and Fixing of 25 mm dia heavy duty CPVC pipe i/c accessories from unit to suitable distance for drain etc. complete as reqd.

Provision of Gas Charging of R-22/R-32 /410 gas in existing all type Window A.C /Split A.C/ units, flushing, testing etc. as required.

Supply and Fixing of following type Powder coated prefabricated mounting stand for outdoor unit of suitable size i/c cutting, welding, painting and grouting etc. complete as reqd. (a) Heavy Duty Air Conditioner Outdoor wall Mounting Brackets AC Outdoor Stand

Supplying, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Maintenance Free chemical earth station as per latest RDSO specification consisting of: - a) Steel electrode, High Tensile, low carbon molecularly bonded with copper on outer surface as per UL requirement of 3 Mtrs long, 17 mm dia with copper bonded thickness of minimum 250 microns and a copper coated low carbon steel strip of 300mm x 25mm x 6mm with suitable hole shall be exothermically welded to main Earth electrode for taking the connection to main earth bus = 01 No. b) Earth Enhance material, Maintenance free, environmentally friendly, Mineral compounds, semi soluble, non-corrosive, conductivity improving material confirming to IS 62561 Part 7 of RDSO approved) = 30-35 Kg c) Poly plastic, Heavy duty, weather-proof, environmental free earth pit chamber with cover size about top dia 250mm bottom 330mm and height 260mm. Heavy duty of 7 TON load capacity, the base unit should have knockouts for interconnection of strips. Note:- a) Earth resistance at Main Earth bus bar should be up to 1.0 Ohm. b) Measurement of earth resistance will be done after 24 hour as per RDSO specification. c) Chemical Earthing work should be strictly carried out as per RDSO Specification attached. d) The above work is all inclusive i/c transportation, T&P and testing at site complete as required.

Replacement of faulty 63 Amp, 4 pole 415 V off Load Change over Switch with side handle operation in sheet steel enclosures on wall, connection etc ( Make - HPL or SS make)
