Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and leads upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. MORD including contractors profit & Over head charges, But excluding GST.

Forming Embankment with material obtained from borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision). (The soil CBR>10%, PI<18% & MDD>1.8 g/cc)

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H (Table 400-1 & 400-2) including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix-in-place method with rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve CBR value minimum of 30% at 98% of dry density and PI value maximum 6, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) including contractors profit & Over head charges excluding Seignarage charges etc

Construction of Improved Subgrade /Shoulders by providing Selected earth having MDD not less than 1.85g/cc with LL & PI not exceeding 40% and 20 respectively and and spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface and copacted to OMC with Vibratory roller of 80 to 100kN capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per IRC technical specification clause 303 MoRD,305 MoRT&H by using machinery including all over heads , and Contractors profit ,But excluding GST & Seignarage charges, etc, complete.

Construction of Plain Cement Concrete Pavement, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 adopting Nominal Mix 1:2:4 Proportion equivalent to M20 Grade, coarse and fine aggregates , mixing in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Earthwork in excavation for structures by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. & Seigneorage charges

Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10 grade in open foundations using 40 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. & Seigneorage charges

Plain cement concrete M 15 grade using 40,20 & 10mm metal mechanically mixed in Foundation complete including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. & Seigneorage charges

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M25grade (Design Mix) using 20 & 10mm metal mechanically mixed in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 MORD / Sections 1500, 1600 & 1700 MORTH ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST& Seigneorage charges upto 5m height for slab over drain.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 MORD / 1600 MORTH, for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST.& Seigneorage charges using Category-B Steel from Steel Manufacturers like GOEL. SHYAM, JAI BALAJI, AFSTAR/MSL]FE TMT, RADHA TMT, SUGNA TMT only

Supply and fixing of MS Name Board of Size 0.90x0.60 including fixing in position and painting and lettering etc complete for finished item of work.
