Widening and Strengthening work of Goverdhan Drain Bypass road ODR in District Mathura

Road Work Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading-I, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 505 Complete in all respects. (5.04)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade-II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Supply & Laying of 100 mm (Rubber molded Coloured) precast concrete Blocks (Interlocking tiles) for paving of thickness 60mm to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa as specified in IS: 15658) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work as specified in IS 15658:2006. As per SOR Chapter No. 5 S.I. No. 17

Supply & Laying of 100 mm (Rubber molded Grey) precast concrete Blocks (Interlocking tiles) for paving of thickness 60mm to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa as specified in IS: 15658) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work as specified in IS 15658:2006. As per SOR Chapter No. 5 S.I. No. 17

Plain Cement cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate) nominal mix in Foundation and crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size machenically mixed, placed in foundation and compected. As per S.I. No. 12.04

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100: As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No.12.08 C Case I

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:. As per DSR S.I. No. 6.1.1

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in substructure as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 1300 & 2200. As per SOR Chapter 6 S.I. No.13.02

Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) : Light shade pigment using white cement. As per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per DSR SI no 11.20 & DSR Specification no 11.20.3

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per DSR No. 13.80

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) additives of required shade:. As per DSR S.I. No. 13.47.1.

Construction of 4.00 M span RCC Box Culvert Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 304 (12.03).

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-30) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.8GCase - II

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.10

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres By Mechanical Means Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P.

Boring with 100 dia casing pipe including lowering & extraction, assembling, loading, unloading & cartage etc (hire charges only).

Diversion Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Empty Cement Bags of good condition (Plastic) filled with Carted Earth including filling, stiching and stacking at side of filling.

Part-B Maintainance Charge including @ All Items as per Direction of E/I for the period of Five Years from the actual completion of work. including royalty on materials. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
