Providing and fixing Marble of approved colour and 1st quality of size 1.20 x 0.6 x 18 -12 mm laid in CM 1:3 - 20 mm thick and pointing with same colour cement including the cost of all materials labour, lift and lead etc., complete

Cleaning the ceramic tiles/ marbles with soap water including the cost of all labour, lead , lift etc complete.

Providing and fixing in position wash basin of size 550 x 400 mm with pedestal (Parry ware) with 12/15mm dia brass CP pillar tap(Water man),32mm CP waste coupling , 32mm PVC waste pipe , 12/15mm GM valve , 15mm brass nipple , 15mm nylon connection (Kohinoor), labour for fixing in a wall as directed by engineer at site.
