Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (excluding royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth,sides of foundation etc. complete. (DSR 2023, SI No. 2.25a)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres. (DSR 2023, SI No. 16.1)

Extra for compaction of earth work in embankment under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density) (DSR 2023, SI No. 16.2)

Granular Sub base with graded Material (Table:- 400-1) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with vibratory roller to archieve the desired d density, complete as per clause -401 (AR)

Wet Mix Macadam (plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and comacting graded stone aggegate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base /base course on well preared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Dense graded bituminous macadam Providing and laying dence graded bituminus macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixxed with bituminus binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MoRTH specifcation clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS-2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (AR)

Tack Coat on Bituminous Surface Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10using bitumen pressure distributor at of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (AR)

Bituminus Concrete Providing and laying bituminus concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed agrregate of specied grading. premixed with bituminus binder @5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and aligment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH spcification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.(AR)
