Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia , having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, As per IS: 4454 upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with steel stapels/ U-nail and stel clip (of minimum thgickness 1 mm ) to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) Note:- The details of technical specification attached )

Making AAI logo of 450 mm height as per the tender drawing. Logo should be made on the wall surface with blue colour synthetic enamel paint by cutting stencil and painted on the wall for uniformity. (A sample of the Logo to be made and got approved by EIC and after getting approval , work to be continued)

Provinding and erecting 2.40 M high temporary barrecating at site as per drawing/direction Engineer-in-Charge which includes righting and painting, arrangement for traffic divertion such as traffic signals during construction at site for Day and night, glow lamp reflective sign, marking flag, caution tape as directed by engineer-in-charge. The barricating provided shall be retained in position at site contineusly including siffiting of barricating from one location to onother location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate includes its maintanence for damages, painting, all incidentails, labour materials, equipment and works required to execute the job. The barricating shall not be removed without prior approval of engineer-in-charge.(Note:-one time payment shall be made for providing from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricating provided shall remains to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work.)

Credit for taking away concertina coil of boundary wall from the AAI premises after dismantling etc. complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(The rate quoted by the agency will be negative in this item.)
