MUMBAI CENTRAL DIVISION-ENGINEERING/WESTERN RLY 16.81 Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high Metre 1440 3439.5 4952880 temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. Binder- 43 Grade portland cement. 3.Fillet- Graded sand conforming to BS 1199. 4.Additv- Water soluble polymers to improve work ability, water retention, durability and adhesion strength. 5.Composition- 43 grade Portland cement - 25- 30% graded sand - 75-70% (including quartz and additives). 6.Max. aggregate- Size 4.5mm 7.Density- 1.80kg/Litre in dry and 1.90kg/litre in wet condition. 8.Pot lift- One hour. 9.Consumption- 1.7kg per sqm per mm thickness. 10.Water demand- About 15% of 6 litres per 40kg. 11.Date of pack- Not/more than 6 months. NOTE: The ready mix plaster in bags shall be first supplied to the SSE(W) in his godown & then drawn from his godown from time to time.
