Supply, Installation and Testing of Copper Bonded 250 microns earthing Electrode of dai (ID) 76 mm with wall thickness not less than 3 mm of 6 Mtr Length Rod (3 mtr rod each to be coupled with coupler - 02 Nos) & dia of bore not less than 200 mm and depth upto 7 meter filling with soil resistivity improvement Backfil compound having resistivity 0.029 ohm at applied pressure 2.34 kg/cm sq, 200 kg mixed with water and filling around the electrode the Characteristics of this compound is highy conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities. The bottom 1 meter of bore shall be filled with soil resitivity improvement back fill compound. The top edge of the electrode shall comprise of copper plate of strip of size : width - 50mm, thickness - 06mm, length - 300mm, provided with 04 holes for connections of earthing strip including brass nut bolts for connections of the strip. the copper strip shall be duly brazed/welded with connection terminal of earthing rod, brass nut bolt with Washer, brazing, T Type/Flat spacer ceramic, Steel braded wire (Earthing braids), including all necessary excavation / boring by maching and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- (i) The contractor shall obtain make approval for back fill compound by submitting certificates conforming to electrical resistivity is 0.029 ohms, certificate shall be issued by NABL approved Laboratory / ISO Certified Laboratory. (ii) Contractor has to carry out soil resitivity test for each grid and report of the same alongwithearthing requirement hs to be submitted. (iii) Based on ground resitivity test report, on installation of earthings at site, 04 to 08 Nos earth pit shall be connected in grid to achieve less than 01 ohm resistance of grid and each pit (4 to 8 pit) will be measured and paid separately, if desired resistance is not achived the contractor shall redo the same without any extra cost, or if required contractor has to provide additional earthing without any financial effect. (iv) Damages if any caused to pipe line/Cable etc shall be rectification by the contractor at his own cost. (v) Contractor shall excavate manually upto depth of 60 cm in any kind of soil / rockto ensure site is free from pipelines, cables etc. Damage if any occurs to pipeline, cable has to be rectified immediately by the contractor at his own cost & Boring has to be executed in any kind of soil such as soft, hard, hard rock, soft rock etc. (vi) Contractor has to supply M/s Tag Plate for earthing grid, duly displaying date of test & test value. The Tag Plate shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4 including excavation. (vii) The contractor shall add water in earthing pit daily upto 15 days and add chemical as per requirement, water, manpower & chemical required is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Notes (Contd...) (viii) Contractor has to submit CPRI test report of sample electrode. (ix) Earth strip for grid network and from top connector of electrode to test point and connection of panel, equipment shall be measured & paid separately. (x) Additional electrode / material required to the result below / Ohm will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (xi) After make approval, sample earth grid shall be executed and on achieving desired result site, permission shall be obtained for further progress Soil Treatment :- (xii) Soil around the bore shall be specially treated to bring down the resitivity of the pits and these treatment chemical would be absolutely non corrosive, highly conductive and cost of the same is deemed tobe inclusive in quoted rate.

Supply, installation, boring, erection, testing and commissioning of Copper bonded MS solid rod electrode of dia 17.2 mm and 6 mtr long with high purity electrically conductive granular material having ultra low resistive value of 0.001 Ohm-m. Electrode made of conductive earth concrete of dia 100 mm mixed with cement in the ratio 2:1 (2 part of high purity electriclly conductive granular and 1 part cement) surrounding the electrode around electrode and shall be embedded in Bonded MS conductor having copper coatings of 250 micron placed in augured bore hole of dia not less than 100 mm and depth 6 metre including all earth work such as excavation, boring by machinery, resulting to increase in the effective surface area of the earth electrode or grids to lower the resistance.The conductive material shall confirm to BIS: 3043-2018. The rod shall be embedded in conductive concrete at factory with concrete having resistivity 0.040 Ohm-m. All the material such as cu bonded MS rod and concrete mix shall be Ph nuetral, chemicaly inert and non corrosive, the top edge of the electrode shall comprise of copper strip/ plate of size : width - 50mm, thickness - 06mm, length - 300mm with 04 holes for connection of earthing strip including brass nut/ bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note :- (i) The contractor shall submit sample type test report issued by the CPRI for high purity, electrically conductive concrete earthings, confirms to rated short time withstand current 20 KA per sec. (ii) The factory made conductive concrete electrode shall be tested at factory and test report shall be submitted. (iii) Factory testing of individual conductive concrete electrode shall be carried out in presence of rep of accepting officer and report shall be submitted. (iv) The contractor shall obtain make approval for high purity electrically conductive granualer duly by submitting certificates conforming to resistivity is 0.001 ohms. (v) Contractor has to carry out soil resitivity test for each grid and report of the same alongwithearthing requirement has to be submitted. (vi) On installation of earthings at site, 04 Nos earthings shall be connected in grid to achieve less then 1 ohm resistance of grid, If desired resistance is not achived the contractor shall redo the same without any extra cost or if required contractor has to provide additional earthing without any financial effect. Soil Treatment :- (xi) Soil around the bore shall be specially treated to bring down the resitivity of the pits and these treatment chemical would be absolutely non corrosive, highly conductive and cost of the same is deemed tobe inclusive in quoted rate.

S & F copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25 x 3 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or any other indicated suitation including copper nut bolt, washer, brazing including procelain insulator with screw etc for earting etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 10 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor Green colour earth conductor cable, including drawn through and including PVC conduct of dia 20 mm white colour for earth connectivity from copper strip to equipment including screw, clamps, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation Test Link Box made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw to wall as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation FRP Square Chamber Cover 300 x 300 x 250 mm with Cover as on ground required load bearing capacity of 5 ton complete all as specified and as directed by engineer -in-Charge.
