Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) of any section, embedded in cement concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type-B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-20 (Nominal Mix) 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement & Formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of TMT bars 8-10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in benching/Coping, edging, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; hold-fast block, filling in pressed steel frames, seismic and other similar bands etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Add to or Deduct from Item No. 21 here-in-before for Every 25mm Girth or Part thereof Over or Under 30 Cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Quantity of this item shall be changed as per site requirement.

S&F of mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 4.0mm dia GI Chain Link Fencing of 100x100mm Mesh to any type of standards, rails, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F in-repair of Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.(each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F of 11-15 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, including demolition of the existing old damaged B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement morter 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two layers on other than fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces, other side of lathing, 5mm thick top layer mixed with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: WPC shall be Measured and Paid as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Item.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and rough, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete, in walls, kerb stones, etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., with tar or coal tar black paint area tarred exc 0.1 sq. m but n exc 0.5 sq. m each, new or old, of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) pan and S/P trap of 540x375x415mm with and including Plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or anodised aluminium hinging device including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 10 litre capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and PVC flush pipe of 32 mm dia, with and including making necessary connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Plastic water closet seat, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or anodised aluminium hinging device, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 15 mm dia fancy type chromium plated two-way Bib taps with wall flange, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line of any dia and any type by rodding/pumping between intermediate/1st manholes to manholes or between manholes to septic tanks or between septic tank to soak pits to remove all blockage and well flushing with water including making good of leakage in joints wherever required in cement mortar (1:2) including removing the sludge and re-fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of manhole including removal of sludge of any size and depth, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Opening of blokage to nahni trap/gully trap, WC, floor trap,exc including washing/cleaning upto Ist manhole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of septic tanks of any capacity along with removing of sludges mixed with water etc and carrying to a distance exc. 100 meters but n.exc 250 meters and depositing in ditches including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil for making ditches and refilling the ditches after the sludge’s are deposited with spreading and leveling of excavated soils in the ditches over the sludge, removing surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50m and supply and sprinkling bleaching powder over the area of ditches with one meter around complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and testing of LLDPE septic tank conventional design with top cover suitable for 30 Users with and including earthwork in excavation, 150mm thick P.C.C. 1:4:8 (type D-2) for bed, making connections of inlet/ outlet/ Vent pipe, returning filling and removing of surplus soil at a distance of not exceeding 50.0m from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
