Erection of single steel Tubular pole of length as given below with /without sole plate & cap etc. in C.C. foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below). having 600 x 600 x 150 mm. thick C.C. (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal incl. C.C (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 Mt.dia and 0.30 Mt above ground level incl.3mm thick neat cemented finished and G.I. earth bolt after making drilled holes etc.on pole & Carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from store to work site incl. filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. Pole upto 9 Mts. Size- 0.6 x 0.6 x 1.70 Mts

S/F projected lamp bracket made 50mm dia G.I. Pipe of 1.85 M (6’) in length of which 0.9M (3’) In projection having an angle of 105 degree with clamps, bolts, nuts & clamps, etc. as required.

S/F including fabrication, welding, fixing G.I. junction 6 arm projected bkt. with 2 nos. thro’ bolts & nuts of 7"long and 5/8" dia including M.S.pole cap at the top of the junction with set screw etc. as reqd. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for arm 2.1M long (G.I. Pipe) (ISI medium)

Supplying & fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200 x 150 x 100mm deep having 4mm thick comprising of one 250Volts 15 A Kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2 core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted CI top cover with brass machine screws etc. earthing terminal with lug,on steel tubular pole near base, incl. S & F 40 x 6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc.incl.painting with anticorrosive paint.

Painting of steel tubular pole of length and no.of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl.prepartion of surface by sand paper/emery paper,cleaning etc.for receiving fresh coat of paint upto 9 Mts. long pole:- 2 coats of Aluminium Paint over 1(one) coat of R.O.priming. (16 New Pole + 32 Existing Pole)

Earthing with 15.88mm dia 1.8 mtr.long G.I earth spike against each pole.

Supplying Al.conductor PVC insulated and sheathed unarmoredcable (1.1KVgrade, Gloster/Havells/Polycab). Span = 23 Mtr 10sqmm x 4core

Supplying & Erection of 75 x 88 mm Porcelain Shackle insulator complete with 190 x 30 x 5 mm Galv.(Hot Dip) Strips with 15.88mm dia Galv. bolts, nuts, etc. for conductor upto 7/3.10 mm, 32 sqmm of AAC/equivalent size of ACSR.

Drawing of unarmoured cable of suitable size including Supply and drawing of 7/14 SWG galvanised stranded wire for drawing unarmored cable (supply of cable is not included in the scope) by catenary system of wiring with 3nos. reel insulator per mtr. and binding with binding wires etc,as reqd.

Supplying & Delivery of LED Street Light with pressure die cast anuminiumn housing, IP66 protection, road way luminarie with high power LED as per detail Technical proposal, Specification and vendor list. LED should be warrantee for 5 years Type: 60Watt LED, Philips/Crompton/Havell's or Equivalent

Hoisting fixing and commissioning of luminaries including making necessary connection and earthing attachment: HPMV/HPSV luminaries/LED fittings of any wattage.

Supplying & Delivery of 150 Watt LED Flood Light with pressure die cast aluminiumn housing, IP66 protection, road way luminarie with high power LED as per detail Technical proposal, Specification and vendor list, Philips/Crompton/Havell's or Equivalent LED should be warrantee for 5 years

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required. 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 Sq mm) For connection from Loop Box to Fittings = 3 Mtr for Each Fittings.

Supplying & Erection of big size feeder pillar box of Size (1372 x 914 x 607 mm) made up of 3.15 mm thick MS Plate along with suitable M.S. Angle. The P.B. have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 cores of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length by made up of (35x35x3 mm MS Angle with suitable base Plate. Legs of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion coverd by 5" Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand as drawing & direction of E.I.C.

Supplying & fixing iron clad Main switches on flat iron frame on wall/piller box. 30/32A 415V/T.P.N with fuses on L&N Make: Havell's or equivalent.

Supply of 240 VAC analog time Switch for ON & OFF control of Street Light.

Supply of 3 pole power contactor type ML-2, 40 A current rating.

Supply and Fixing of 2 mm Polyvinyl glow sign board made of 22 SWG GI sheet box with 1”X1” aluminum channel for fixing the vinyl board after necessary cutting the letter as required & s\f LED tube light fittings along with all accessories Size: 4'x 3'x 4 side X 1 No + 4'x 3'x 2 side X 3 Nos.
