Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth:Without bond stone.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Cement plaster in 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 fine sand ) ,15 mm thick.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Carriage of sand by Mechanical transport & manual labour including loading ,unloading & stacking complete lead upto 32 km & 1.5 Km

Carriage of Stone aggregates by Mechanical transport & manual labour including loading , unloading & stacking complete lead upto 15 km & 1.5 km

Carriage of cement by Mechanical transport & manual labour including loading , unloading & stacking complete lead upto 17 km & 1.5 km

Carriage of Stones above 40mm size by manual means including loading , unloading & stacking complete lead upto 0.5 km
