Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M. including all lifts, levelling, ramming the foudation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/l.

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50Mand lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including' cost of all materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l (Mode of measurement complacted volume).

Providing designation 75 A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III): 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal zie)

Providing designation 75 A brick work in C.M.(1 :6) in foundation & Plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials , scafolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 100A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"X4.5"X3") in C.m. (1:6) in super structure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved makemade of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets side guidesand arnagements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.50cm long wire sprinings manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454-Part 1 and M.S. top cover ofrequired thickness for rolling shutters - 80X1.25mm M.S. laths with 1.25mm thick top cover

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made of 20x6mm M.S. flat as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth , carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing and fixing fan hook of 16mm dia M.S. bar 1 metre long bent to required size and shape, placed in position and fixed in R.C.C. slab/beam at the time of casting all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (where material is not supplied by deptt.)

Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .

Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone tiles in risers of steps skirting and pillars of approved size texure and colour laid over 12mm thick cement mortar (1;30 and joined with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rub bing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 25mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compoundincluding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (design plaster)

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compoundincluding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Finishing walls with acrylic sommth exterior paint of required shade: New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67ltr/10sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface thoroughly, scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direciton of E/l.

ELECTRCIAL WORK

Point Wiring in PVC Conduit, with Modular type Switch: Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit, with modular type switch, modular plate, suitable size of GI box etc as required.

Supply and Fixing Light Plug Point with Modular Type Accessories: Supply and Fixing GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3 pin, 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular type switch, connection, painting etc as required.

Supply and Fixing Light Plug Point with Modular Type Accessories: Supply and Fixing GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin, 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular type switch, connection, painting etc as required.
