Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ of 0.20Kg. Per Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works. (4th Revision)

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactionas per Claue 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

CEMENT CONCRETE (1:2:4) in F&F using 12mm (1/2) size crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete, watering and curing for four weeks with cost conveyance cess and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.(excluding GST)
