Repairs Servicing to Snow Plough Snow Clearance Machine Beil Hack

Dismantling of suspension assys. – 4nos. of the truck, removal of damaged leaf springs – 3nos., P/F of new leaf in place of damaged with centre bolts - 03 Nos. and U-Clamps - 03 Nos. main leaf front 02 nos. change with U-Clamps also rear 02 nos. main leaf springs with U-Clamps , also p/f of leaf pins, hinges – 3nos., greasing of the assys., Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Repairs to the mud guard of the vehicle (both rear and front) by way of dismantling it from the vehicle, cutting of old rusted portion and patching of the same by P/F of new MS sheets including welding it. Also repairs to the dala of the vehicle. Straitening its angles. P/F of new nuts and bolts. Job Also includes p/f of new head lamp front left side, 1No., side indicator left side - 1 No., Left side ORVM- 1 No. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges and the job includes cost of painting and letter writing.

Repairs to the fuel system of the machine by way of washing its fuel tank after its complete dismantling, replacement of damaged fuel pipes/banjo bolts with banjo washers, also calliberation of injectors, setting of their pressure on machine, replacement of feed pump. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to the brackets of the machine by taking out the brackets from the chassis of the machine and repairing to the brackets using MIG welding, P/F of splice plates for strengthening the brackets, taking out worn-out alignment adjusting screws and P/F new screws. Re-assembling of the brackets on the machine after repairing. The job includes cost of material and labour charges, crane charges for taking out cabin of the machine, taxes and other tools/tackles required to execute the job

Dismantling of clutch system of the machine, extraction of damaged/worn out parts, repairing by way of replacement of defective clutch plate pressure plate, clutch release brg. Clutch spring, fly wheel rings and clutch fork. The job also includes checking of the 4x4 system of the machine including replacement of its service kit. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Dismantling of the 4 Wheels (F/R) of the machine, extraction of worn out parts, clearing with K. oil/waste cloth, repairing by P/F of new partsi.e Front Wheel brgs. Outer – 2 nos, Inner -2 nos., Rear wheel brgs -4 nos., Front Wheel Oil Seals -2 nos, Rear Wheel Oil Seals -2 nos., Wheel brg. Grease – 5kg. Also repairs to brake system by way of P/F of worn out parts such as brake lining sets, with rivets, wheel brake shoe -2 nos., cylinder kits etc. Complete job including cost of material and labor charges.

Repair to the blade of snow plough (Bell hack) machine by way of extracting out damaged parts making use of gas cutting and strengthening/straightening of arms, cutting of old damaged pins and p/f of new pins dismantling of old worn-out cutting edges from the blade .p/f of new cutting edges 20mm thickness of mild steel by drilling holes on the MS plates and fitting them on the blades by p/f of new nuts, bolts and washers .Complete job including cost of material carriage and labour charges. The job is to be executed at site of work Bhaderwah

Periodical Maintenance of the Engine of the machine by way of draining out the oil completely, extraction of the engine oil and diesel filters, air cleaner elements, fan belt, water body, repairing by way of p/f new engine oil, filters, fan belt and water body. Complete job.

Provision for P.O.L required for the journey of the machine from Divisional Workshop Khellani to Jammu and back after conducting the repairs including testing. This also includes provision for Toll Tax to be paid at Toll Plazas during the to& fro journey of the machine.
