220/132/33 kV Grid Station

Power Transformer :-Checking of auto starting of fans/ pumps, hand operation of all taps, including handle interlock switch, local and remote operation of accessories, WTI/OTI indications. Inspection and testing of transformer including drying/ replacement of silica gel,checking of buchhloz relay,surge relay,conservator oil level indicator, temp. sensors, topping of oil, cooling system, alarm / trip circuit. Measurement of IR Values, dielectric strength of transformer oil and BDV of oil, checking of marshalling box of OLTC, reactor, NGR, T.B of PDR, Bucholz relay, surge relay. External cleaning of radiators, bushings etc.

20 MVA to 50 MVA & above

Supply and installation of aircell balloon for transformers

Circuit Breaker

SF6 Breaker :-Checking of autostarting of air compressor,pressure drop during duty cycle,hydraulic pump operation,gas levels.Cleaning of breaker units,checking of protection equipments and replacement of defective ones,I,e.complete inspection and testing of SF6 type circuit breakers inclusive of operating mechanism.Topping of gas levels if required.

33 Kv VCB

Current Transformer:-Checking /cleanliness and tightness of all electrical connections including earthing of marshalling box ,CT secondary terminal ,space heater and illumination ,healthness of secondary terminal bushing .Checking of oil level .Measurement of IR Value and tightning of jumpers and filling of nitrogen gas.

Providing & Fixing of Tripping coils

Providing & Fixing of 33kV Spring charging motor

C.V. T./ P.T's :-Checking of earthing of HF point, breakage or cracks in HF bushing ,neutral earthing in CVT ,healthiness of all gaskets and oil level .Cleaning of CVT capacitor stacks, marshalling box and junction box ,space heater and illumination .Measurement of IR value and tightening of all connections and droppers ,filling of nitrogen gas etc.

Surge Arrestor:-Checking of leakage current after cleaning of ,procelain surface,cleaning of L.A insulators.Measurement of IR value and tightening of droppers and testing of counter by surge monitor and meters test.

220 Kv Bay

Isolators:-Maintenance of linkages including transmission gears,stopper bolts.Cleaning of auxillary switch contacts and greasing with silica grease, cleaning of support insulators ,termination contacts,checking of electrical /Mechnical interlocks with E/S & CB,mounting bolts,alignment ,nuts,pins, space heater and illumination ,healthness of gaskets, auxillary contacts ,alingment of earthing blades, operation of earth switch, aluminum /copper flexible conductor, earth connections of structures and MB .Lubrication of operating mechanism, hinges,lock joints, levers, bearings ,main contacts,cleaning of post insulators,tightning of clamps etc. Incl Motarized mechanism

Replacement of damaged Post Insulators to be provided by Department.

Bus Bar:-Checking / tightening of clamps/ jumpers/ droppers.Replacement of damaged/ burnt dropers or jumpers.Checking / repairing of bus bar conductors, replacement of Disc insulators if needed (Material to be supplied by Department)

Replacement of damaged burntout droppers or jumpers (Emegency work)

Replacement of damaged Disc Insulators

Column and beams:-Tightening of all nuts/bolts and providing of missing nuts/bolts and damaged members

Illumination System:-Checking of healthiness of fittings in Station buildings,out door switch yard, repairing & tightening of terminals.

Battery Bank:-Checking and cleaning of battery cell terminals, application of petrolum gelly,if required,conducting of battery impedance test and discharge test checking voltage,temperature,current ,sp.gravity of individual cells as well as terminal voltage.

Battery charger.:-Checking of control cards, measurement of test point voltage values, testing of D.C earth fault and U/V relays, I.R.measurement of charger transformer checking of earthing etc.Checking of charger pannel /D.C .D.B for electrical connections, cleaniless etc.

Protection System:-Checking of relays and application of CCL4 for cleaning, carrying out relay testing replacement of worn out defunct relays,testing of event logger/disturbance recorder if any, checking and replacement of control wiring if required.

L.T.Switchgear/Auxilary Transformer:-Checking of all connections, tightining ,and replacement of wiring of required,testing of BDV oil of aux.transformer,I.R measurement .Functional checks ( Trip/ Close) and operating time measurement of MCB's checking of all motors for normal functioning with cleaning and replacement of worn out wiring etc

Earthing Mat:-Measurement of earth resistivity ,checking of electrical continuity of equipment earthings, tightening of earthing connectors, removal of rust from botled earth connectors and tightening (220/132/33 KV yards) incl. strengthening of E.mat by way of insertion of 3 meter long 40mm dia round iron spikes if needed. (Material to be supplied by Department)

D.C.Distribution Board:-Checking of connections , wiring ,replacement of wiring if needed and checking of healithness of all the D/C lights

Upkeep of Yard lights which include replacement of MCBs/Cables etc

Providing and replacement of LED Bulbs 9W, Holders & damaged wire in the Grid Sub Station/Divisional office /Sub Divisional offices / Stores (each installation)

Deweeding of peripheral areas of all Grid Stations and Div Stores at Alusteng & Bemina

Repairs of pipes, Fittigs, joints, repairing of geasers, replacement of oozing water taps.

DG Set manitannace, changning of M Oil, Filters, change of pipes hosing etc at various GSS

Cleaning of cable trenches, septic tank, water tanks at various Grid Stations.

Filling of sand in iron buckets for dosing of fires, replacement of damaged buckets at various Grid Stations

Providing and printing of Log Books for various Grid Stations

Earth filling of Divisional Stores to avoid water stagnation incl carriage and levelling

Procurement and installation of CCTV Monitor/50 inchesTV for GS Alusteng Control Room

supply and installation of CCTV cable cat 5 with connecting accessories.

Maintenace of Central AC system at Grid Station Alusteng & Budgam

Refilling of Fire extinguishers (Co2 & dry chemical powder gas) including replacement of damaged nosals etc

Maintenance and upkeep of water purifiers at various Grid Sub Stations

Providing & installation of Hot & Cold water purifier of superior make in the Divisional Office

Supply of transformer oil, Filtration and topping of transformer oil into various transformers.

Commissioning of 33 KV Industrial bay at GS Shopian by way of Dismentaling and shifting of 33 KV VCB from GS Alusteng and its installation and testing. Carrying out jumpring,connecting dropers including relay testing .Complete Job

Relocating and stacking of store items viz tower material,conductor,steel structures,steel reinforcement to facilitate earth filling.
