Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including taking down and removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description completely, taking down of old cement plaster if any or roughening of surfaces, and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with using wire brushes and water to remove all dust and loose particles etc., removing the rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting groves in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 and filling the grove with cement mortar 1:3 after tucking the felt and finishing/ making good distrubed surface as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment with 3 mm thick APP modified membrane weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 150 Gram/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N per Sqm, tearing strength of 180 N , laid after applying a coat of Bitumen Emulsion, Primer @ 0.20Kg / Sqm over the thoroughly cleaned surface to be water proofed. Membrane shall then be laid with 10 cm side overlaps and ,15 Cm end laps completely thermo fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer's instructions. Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkles while sticking the membrane on the bitumen surface . A coat of hot blown bitumen 90/15 shall be applied on top of the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally finished with solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm. The water proofing membrane shall be extended up to a height of minimum 30 cms on wall and inserted by cutting groove and filling with bitumen all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 by using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even including Integral waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces of walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceilings/sunken wall surfaces and in roofs in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make for Item No. 9&10: LOVELYCEM/ SURYACEM/ JANATHACEM/LUCKYCEM or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for Complete removal of the existing treatment on walls by scraping and washing down with water including making good the surfaces, from surfaces of walls and applying two coats of premium Exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: APPEX of ASIAN or equivalent in JENSON & NICHOLSON/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR

Demolition of plain cement concrete including tiles in floors and sunken floor filling or in any position and removing the rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for first layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound at the rate of 0.253 kg/Sqm.this layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours, second layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound at the rate of 0.126 kg/Sqm.this layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours including 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives sover above treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The rate includes preparation of surface,treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonary with polymer mixed slurry. Make: STP/Dr Fixit sunken treatment/Pedilite or eqavalent as approved by GE.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 mix, type E2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors and finished even and rough to receve topping layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 backing coat including dismantling existing tiles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Dismantling existing PVC water tank of any description by disconnecting from existing pipes/ fittings of capacity exc 500ltrs & n exc 1000 ltrs and removing from the roof (for carrying out roof treatment) ,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and refixing the tank in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
