Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work/stone work or concrete surface work, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface work, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ stone work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction, and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete including prepration of plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on Ceiling complete all as specified (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of rendering & three coats of white wash complete).

M&L for keyed pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, Chajjas & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness all as specified and directed. M/L for applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces incl application of one coat of notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finishied even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc incl necessary scafolding as required at site and where required complete all as specified and directed

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surface by rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander / long handle sander and finally Jet pressure washing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as directed.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces by rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander / long handle sander and washing and applying two coats of oil bound distemper by mechanical means / auto roller applied over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1-2 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as directed.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of wall including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as directed.

All as per item No 12 here-in- above but two coat of white wash.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc by hand held sander / long handle sander(Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of wall including, cornices (plastered or unplastered) of any description, rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander / long handle sander and washing and applying two coats of oil bound distemper by mechanical means / auto roller including filing undulations with white cement based putty mixed with multi purpose mixer complete all as directed.

All as per item No 15 here-in-above but one coat of OBD -do-

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of wall including, cornices (plastered or unplastered) of any description, rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander / long handle sander and washing and applying one coat of cement base paint by mechanical means / auto roller complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 18 here-in-above but two caots of cement base paint on walls including scaffolding arrangenments as ordered -do-

M&L complete removal of existing any type of treatment of walls including, cornices (plastered or unplastered) of any description, rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander / long handle sander and Jet pressure washing and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint (Apex -Ultima Protek) of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces applied by mechanical means i.e Airless spray including filing undulations with white cement based putty mixed with multi purpose mixer complete all as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing any type of treatment of walls by rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander / long handle sander and finally Jet pressure washing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of oil bound distemper by mechanical means / auto roller over a coat of 1 -2 mm thick white cement based putty mixed with multi purpose mixer complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth all as specified in SSR Part-I and applying one coat of Ist quality synthetic enamel paint, complete all as directed.

All same as per item No 21 here-in-above but on steel surface -do- .

S & F in repair retroreflective sign board of size 300x300mm made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with high density encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASMT-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white including subject matter, message, symbol and borders etc pasted on substracted by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat & pressure conforming to class 2 0d ASMT-D 4956-01 and fixing the same on wall with rawl plug and cadmium plated screws complete all as specified & directed

Removing complete shrubs/ vegetation upto root grown in any description such as grown in wall / beam / roof /chajja etc in height up to three storey building including filling the holes where the shurbs removed with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) of minimum size 15cm x15cm x 15cm or as required and making good the distured surface as per its original specification to the satisfaction Engineer-in-charge& removal of the taken out shurbs out of MD land and disposed complete all as directed. Note for Periodical items : Note: 1. For measurement purposes in respect of those building for which audited periodical services measurement book are available, quantities shall be taken from PSMBs direct and entered in measurement book (IAFW-2261) and in respect of those buiidings for which audited PSMBs are not available, detailed measurements of works shall be taken and entered in measurement book in the usual manner. 2. Any fittings or fixtures disturbed or damaged during the progress of work, will either be rectified or replaced by the contractor himself without any delay and at no extra cost to the Govt. 3. Prior approval of colour shade/ tint is mandatory from GE (Central) Bangalore before commencement of work. 4. The quoted rate aganist various items of above Schedule is deemed to be inclusive of prepration of surface with Hand held sander / long handle sander, cleaning the wall/ ceiling surface with jet pressure washer, mixing putty with multipurpose mixer, appying Anti fungal paint with Airless spray appliance, and applying distemper & Plastic emulsion with Mechinal means / Auto roller as ordered. Engineer-in-Charge should ensure that Contractor's are obtained prior approval of cleaning & application items before commencement of perodical work.
