INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including street light GI pipe bracket of medium grade 40mm dia. ,1.5m long bend to required size and shape including two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 SSR Part -1 2009 connected to earthing test point including earth wire protection pipe of dia 15 mm (medium grage), excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, provn of RCC cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @100 mm /C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 concrete pit, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for constrution of valves pit chamber of size (900mm x 900mm x 900mm, internal ) using PCC (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4), 10 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with CM 1:6, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping using 20 mm graded agregate for grouting, MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement, MS frame out of 40 x 40x 5 mm thick angle iron, including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer finishing coat including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs, complete all as specifeid and directed.

Drilling of bore of 150mm and development of bore for 60 meter tube well below ground level by reverse rotary circulation method machine 150 mm bore size top to bottom by different cutters including all arrangement with appliances and excavation of pit for clay for circulation of water using bentonite or silty clay as per site of soil condition for settlement of bore hole for the depth upto 60 meter tube well below ground level from the top of the ground complete all as specified and directed.. (Note - (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of drilling ,pumps and fittings. etc used in the process of drilling shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrengement for execution of the work. (ii) In case of non extraction of casing pipe due to failure of borewell the contractor will have no claim what so ever on this account)

Supply and filling pea gravel of size 2 to 4.5 mm for packing around the housing/assembly, slotted pipe of the bore well complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Pea gravel shall be paid as per stack measurment carried out on site.

Development of tube well with air compressor also operated with DG set of capacity 150 psi /1000cum till sand/mud free water of potable qualily is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 20000 LPH complete all as specified and as directed . (Note:- Compressor with accessories and fuel shall be arranged by the contractor and same is included in the unit quoted rate )

Yield testing of the tube well by suitable pump and motor for minimum discharge capaity of 20000 LPH for at least continuous 16 hour uninterrupted of run per day for three continuous days complete all as specified and directed. Note : 'V' notch and other equipment including pump set shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of same is to be included in the unit rate quoted)

Supply & fixing pressure gauge with isolation cock suitable for a working pressure of zero to 100 Kg/SqCm (Liquid based High Intensity), complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, lowering, commissioning and testing of manufacturer assembled and electric driven submersible pump set mix flow type with high graded CI bowl, stainless steel shafts, bronze impellers etc. of pump dia. 200 mm capable to deliver 850 LPM clear water at 79 Meter head with electric motor 200 mm dia three phase 415 volt of cap 25 HP (18.5 KW) as per, OEM recommendations suitable for 100 mm delivery pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of PVC insulated submersible cable of 10 Sqmm 3 core flat LT 1100 volt grade heavy duty ISI marked with copper conductor and overall served with an outer sheath of PVC complete along the column pipe or passing through pipes or laid under floor of through walls etc . complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F round strand steel wire rope RHO/LHO/RHL/LHL conforming to IS: 2266/02, 12 mm dia., 1770 N/mm² tensile strength and connected clamp nut bolts fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and lowering MS column pipe (medium grade) confirming to IS of size 100 mm dia bore approx 3 m length each duly both ends flanged/ drilled by welding with special provision such as MS clamps and MS flange (size shall be as per IS specifications) and should have two cuts for fixing submersible cable and connecting complete with rubber gasket and nuts bolts etc complete and painted internally and externally with two coat of non corrosive non toxic bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of double flanged CI ventury of size 100 mm dia including one No. ferrule at no pressure zone complete in existing line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB Norms 415 volts 35 KVA, 3 phase, 0.8 Power Factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, brushless AC generator with Monitoring cum AMF panel including accoustic enclosure conforming to condition under BS,5514/ IS 10002 with latest ammendment in IS code and including the requirement mentioned below:- (A) Alternator:- Standard design alternator rated 35 KVA, 0.8 (lag) Power Factor AC, 3 Phase-4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, IP 23 enclosure, brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class `H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/ 5000.

(B) Diesel Engine:- Adequate capacity of diesel engine after deducting site (AF Stn Dinjan) de-rating factor, liquid cooled to drive independently above alternator and accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder, multi stroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 RPM as per relevant ISI/ BS 5514 with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation. Item No. 49.00, 50.00 & 51.00 Contd... (E) Fuel Tank:- Minimum of capacity to run continuous 8 Hours on full load with necessary all fittings installed inside the enclosure. (F) Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM of DG set suitable for 35 KVA DG Set as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment & Forest and Pollution Control Board Norms with external emergency stop push button. (G) Testing:- The DG set shall be tested for a period not less than 12 hours continuously out of which at least one hour each on No Load and two hours each on 25%, 50% and 75 % of rated full load, four hours on rated full load and one hour on 10% in exceess of rated full load. Necessary load bank and all instruments, consumable stores like POL, diesel, engine oil, grease required for carrying out the tests including manpower shall be provided by the contractor and no extra payment shall be paid to the contractore for this. (iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. The rate includes PCC foundation and frame work including necessary earth work as per OEM recommendation with extra 0.50 meter all around DG set as working space complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT outdoor Feeder Pillar Box AC 415 V, 50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire, totally enclosed self supporting structure / cubicle, fully compartmentalized type, weather proof, protection IP 54 suitable for outdoor use double door type, with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet of minimum size ( 1.2x1.0 x 0.6) m with angle iron frame work and legs of ISA 50X50X5 mm, with four legs grouted to PCC (1:2:4) type B1, foundation block with suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars voltmeter, ammeter, changeover switch and MCCBs with sloping canopy at top, double hinged doors at front with suitable locking arrangement including louvers at sides duly powder coated complete for accomodating & including following accessories:- (For new RCC Tank pumphouse near DSC Md Accn)

Supply and fixing cable junction boxes IP 66 “halogen free and weather proof” for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) of minimum size 225 x 295 x 125 mm for 16/25 sqmm fixed to pole /wall with suitable FI clamp 20X3 mm nuts, bolts and washers including provision of 01 No miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) single pole , 240 volts 10 kA, 10 Amps and including minium 200 Amps aluminium busbar (04 Nos) with nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light fittings on pole/ wall/ pillar from junction box including termination clip etc. complete in all respect including through GI tubing of size 20mm dia complete all as specified or directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-VIII) amount of Rs 2,92,300.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
