PROVISION OF STAND ALONE SOLAR POWER SYSTEM AT BUILDING NO P 342 AT AF STATION HAKIMPET

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of roof top on grid connected 20 KWP solar plant complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

(a) Roof top solar PV Module of Eldora grand series 335 WP each panel polycrystalline type with a Nos of 67 Nos consisting of all necessary items of stand, nut bolt fixing on roof top with necessary brick work , PCC work , plaster work etc and connecting with all electrical cables as per requirement at site with proper layout of fixed type to obtain maximum output of solar energy.

(b) 01 X No of invertor of capacity 20 KWP each.

(c) Solar Cable of required length with loop at site and connecting to all solar panel to invertor.

(d) LT armoured cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core of required length to connect invertor to DB of unit length.

(e) DC distribution box (IP 65 rated box) with array junction box with DC side reverse protection

(f) AC 12 way distribution box of outdoor sheet metal fabricated box for smaller power plant IP 65 fabricated box

(g) Lightening Arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, 10 KA discharge capacity, rated arrested voltage – 9 KV & Maximum continuous operating Voltage not less than 7.65 KV , distribution class incuding dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable one compete all as specified and directed.

(h) Power supply system Lightning / Surge arrester Type S1 P-150 KA complecte with connecting up to existing single phase in put and connecting up to the earth terminal with copper wire.

(j) Remote data monetoring system connected with LAN with Akash solar monetoring

(k) Irradiation & temperature sensor to be connect make in built with invertor.

(l) Maintenance free chemical earthing system confirming to IS: 3043 and as per the detailed specifications given below:- (i) Earth Electrode : Earth electrode shall be non-corrosive, solid steel round rod of size 17.20 mm dia, 3000 mm long, made of high tensile low carbon steel with molecularly bonded copper coating of thickness 250 microns on the outside.

(ii) Bore Hole : The electrode shall be installed in a 150 mm dia 3000 mm deep augured bore hole. (iii) Ground Enhancing Compound: The augured bore hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing carbon based backfill compound suitable for any type of soil. The quantity of ground enhancing compound shall not be less than 30 Kg per pit.

(iv) Earth Termination Clamp: The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made of electrolytic grade copper, joined by exothermic welding suitable for terminating both round and flat type conductors of size 50 sqmm and above with stainless steel hardware. (v) Earth Chamber: Size 300 mm x 300 mm PCC chamber with cover shall be provided on the top of the earth system. The Chamber shall be flushed with the ground surface. (vi) Earth Point Test Box: 25 mm x 3mm copper strip of size 200 mm long mounted on insulators and enclosed in suitable size of 2 mm thick MS sheet box duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer shall be provided at a suitable location including removing of existing earth cables and re-connecting in this box with suitable lugs, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vii) Material and Labour for earthing pit display boards made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 30 cm x 35 cm welded to 75 cm long 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm thick MS angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) to a depth of 20 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over a coat of red oxide primer and writing the letters on plate for showing the details of earth pit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (ii) The earth resistance shall not be more than one ohm.
