Taking down Cement plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Stone Walls Concrete Surfaces including racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m outside MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of ceiling concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonary wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cutting / chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, facias, slabs, Chajjas & cartilevers etc., and trimming cleaning the surfaces of any thickness and finish as follows (a) Applying epoxy treatment for bonding old demolished concrete surfaces incl application of one coat of notozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement and over plastering in CM 1:4 average 20mm thick finishied even and smooth without using extra cement to level the surface etc incl necessary scafolding as required at site and where required complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete removal of debris outside MD land to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving etc n.exc 15cm thick above or below ground level including terrazzo finish/ surface finish as per existing complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in 25mm thick sub base to floor tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over & including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed
