Supply and laying galvanised iron pipe light grade of dia 50mm for cable protection in trenches/ducts/floors or fixed on walls/roof/poles etc including suitable fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make : Tata/Jindal/Prakash Note : Wherever the protection pipes are to be laid/fixed on poles/walls/other surface the cost of clamping using appropriate size/type of MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus excavated (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of DWC HDPE pipe, ISI marked in trenches or in cable ducts or fixed on walls using clamps alongwith all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc conforming to IS 14930, Part-II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc of size 50mm outer dia comlete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing hard standing/PCC/WBM road at a depth not less than 45cm and 25cm in width for passing of cable through GI pipe, returning filling in, complete including finishing the surfaes by providing cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) upto 20cm depth, finishing to a uniform smooth surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GI pipes shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any damages made/caused to HT/LT cables, water supply pipelines, OFC cables etc during the excavation works shall be made good by the Contractor as per Original & to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge & GE. Supply and fix in repair, Street light cable junction box made of polycarbonate of szie 155x210x92mm suitable for 10-16 Sqmm cable with knockouts, ''halogen free and weather proof', for outdoor installation (with metric knockouts for cable entry) IP-66 protection including short cable entry gland tread type with lock nut, four way bakelite terminal with brass studs and nuts, GI flat strip clamps of size 25mm X 3mm with bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with MCB one 06 Amps inside the junction box complete all as specified & as directed. (iii) Decision of the Engr-in-Charge/GE shall be final & binding. M&L for repair of street light/flood light LED fitting of capacity 25W /30W /45W /50W /60W /72W /90W /120W/150W , disconnecting and bringing down from pole, fixing after repairs including replacement of unserviceable spare parts all as specified and directed. Note:- The unserviceable spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid seperately. Note : (i) Ladders scaffolding, safety belts etc required for excavation of the works shall be arranged by the contractor & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety aspects of the people engaged by him & any issues (if any) arising during the work shall be dealt by the Contractor & the Dept shall be no way responsible whatsoever.

S & F in replacement PVC insulated flexible multicore round copper conductor cable of size 3 core 1.5 Sqmm including necessary end connector incl taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Make:Havells or equivalent make as approved.

Supply and fix in replacement of Street light control panel, factory fabricated (CPRI type-tested) with MCB TPN 63 A - 1 No, Contactor TP 65 A- 1No, Astronomical Timer Street Light Control Panel with accessories outdoor type including connected switch gears, cables, etc and suitable sheet metal enclosure test and commisioning of Panel of 440V, out door cubical type with suitable provision of 25 x 25 x 3 mm angular base and vertical frame along with necessary PCC foundation and locking arrangement complete including taking out old unserviceable panel all as specified and directed. Make: Havells, Cat No : IHXTS0912A or techno-commercially equivalent make as approved. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following:- (i) Suitable copper control wiring inside Panel board, cable glands, cable lugs, supporting, insulators etc., (ii) Quoted rate is inclusive of angular base frame and PCC foundation, Earth work and connected accessories. S & F MNX 40 Power contactor of 40 Amps, AC 415 volts, TP for controling street lights including making connections and taking down old unserviceable contactor complete all as specified and directed. Make :L&T, Cat No : CS94190 or equivalent make as approved.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of decorative stands/supports/fittings of garden light, scrapping with wire brush and applying one coat approved make/grade/color synthectic enamel paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of street light steel tubular poles above GL/coping including cross arms channels, flat iron clamps by scrapping with wire brush and applying one coats of aluminium paint including pole numbering using three layer of radium strip of min 4-5 inch wide (Yellow, Green, Blue) on each pole using Printastic letter all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Ladders scaffolding, safety belts etc required for excavation of the works shall be arranged by the contractor & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety aspects of the people engaged by him & any issues (if any) arising during the work shall be dealt by the Contractor & the Dept shall be no way responsible whatsoever.

M&L for trimming/clearing of tree branches leaves etc all around street/security light fittings etc in such a way that there must be a clearance of atleast 1.5 Mtr radius from the street/security light fitting etc.So as to facilitate proper illumination complete all as specified & as directed. Note : (i) Ladders scaffolding, safety belts etc required for excavation of the works shall be arranged by the contractor & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety aspects of the people engaged by him & any issues (if any) arising during the work shall be dealt by the Contractor & the Dept shall be no way responsible whatsoever.

S&F MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole, 16 KA, Ics = 100% (Icu), 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, suitable for existing LT panel/feeder pillar including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Cat Part No: Havells cat No IHLANF0063 or equivalent approved make.)

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting 24 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete. (Excavation & earth work shall be measured separately) with all accessories as per manufacturer's instructions and connecting up complete including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed. Make: Havellsor equivalent make as approved.

M&L for Earthing complete in repairs with Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3043.The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm &26.4mm 2mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed inthe pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity ,The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by BARONS Electrodite OR Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP OR EPCC earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, GOOD EARTH ie BLACK COTTON OR MOISTUROUS NORMAL SOIL is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 2 TO 4 bags ELECTRODITE 0R 2-4 BAGS CONDUCTILITE BFC FOR INSTALLATION OF EARTH ELECTRODE. The electrode should be of galvinised (80-100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm, 7.5 m. including excavation earthwork etc connected to electrical eqpts/panels and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
