Design, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning LT outdoor type, double door, IP - 54, panel board, powder coated, factory fabricated, cubical type, weather vermin proof with locking arrangement and made out of MS CRCA sheet 3.0 mm thick with suitable size of channel for base fixed on frame made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron complete with 600 Amps rated Aluminium bus bar inside sepreate chamber and compartmentalised cabinet for housing and mounting MCCBs, metering equipmentt prewired with suitble size of copper conductor duly marked the incoming & all outgoing controls and comprising of the following :-.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning factory made CPRI approved, out door type, Automatic power factor corrector (APFC) panel with double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and base frame and internal compartment 2 mm thick, panel shall be powder coated, mounting on angle iron legs suitable for operation of 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply with switch gear and accessories, pad locking arrangement, earthing stud, labelling, inter connection, providing of danger plate, etc all as per specification and 10 % extra space for future expansion. The panel shall be placed on pedastal fixed on 1:3:6 PCC foundation extending 30 CM above the floor level with 1 Mtr x 1 Mtr wide plateform having 100 KVAR capacitor controle panel comprising of following :-.

M&L chain link fencing of mesh size 150mm x 100mm x 4mm dia wire of tranformer fencing (approx size 6m x 6m) with height 1.5 mtr including provision of angle iron gate of size 2 mtr consisting of double door 1.5 mtr height with angle iron posts of /_ 65 x 65 x 5mm @ 3 meter center to center,, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 work, iron flat 65 x 5 mm for fixing of fencing with suitable nuts & bolts of size 10 mm dia and 25 mm length and around the transformer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron cable route indicator duly mounted on MS angle iron of size 40 x 3 mm for HT cable and duly grouted in PCC and painted with brown colour complete all as specified and directed.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

(a) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Central Air Conditioning plant including AHUs, Water pump sets, Cooling Towers, ducting and electrical connections suitable for 3 phase AC supply chilled water system of suitable capacity (tentaive capacity 60 TR with 50% stand by 30 TR i.e. total capacity 90 TR) including all provisions for earthing, floor mounted LT Panel board, all civil and electrical works as per IS specification and best practices for "OTM Accn for 21 CORPS Dental unit Bhopal" as per drawings complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) The capacity mentioned for AC Plant is tentive. Actual capacity should be work out by the contractor based on inside & outside enviroment condition. (ii) Compressor, Chiller & Pump, etc should be equally divided (e.g. 60 TR =2 x 30TR (W) + 30 TR (S) alongwith 50% stand by based on the total AC plant capacity as designed vetted from IIT/NIT and approved by GE.

BOQ Serial Item No.7.01 (Contd/-) (b) Design of energy efficient central air conditioning plant based on inside/outside conditions. Inside conditions to be obtained from GE on given data sheet attached as per format given in Appendix 'C', 'D' & 'E' of particular specifications. The design shall meet relevant code requirements and should be as per latest IS practices. It should include the followings:- (i) Data based heat load calculations for AHU as per site plan. (ii) Double line duct drawing showing different sizes of ducts air flow details. (iii) Chiller water piping drawing including condenser pipes and fitting with details of dia. (iv) Layout schematic line diagram of LT control panel suitable for the plant showing all the details such as main incoming, outgoing and their type, capacities, Qty, alongwith connected measuring instrument/meters, indication lamp, starters, MCB, MCCB isolator etc. (v) Specification/description of equipment and other materials/items with technical literature of various components of reputed makes. (vi) Recommendation of type of plant with detailed justifcation depending upon heat load to meet the desired condition specified in data sheet to be obtained from GE in consultation with user as per format attached as Appendix 'C', 'D' & 'E' of particular specifications. (vii) Line plan of plant AHU showing various eqpts/items with dimensions of various eqpts/items with specific working clearances between eqpts to eqpts and from walls, after due consideration existing doors and windows. (viii) Schedule of item/description of equipment of all items with accounting unit, Qty and particuar specification etc. (ix) Full description of item/eqpt of schedule with recommended brand/makes. (x) Inside design conditions are required to be maintained irrespective of minor variations in outside.

BOQ Serial Item No.7.01 (Contd/-) Notes :- (a) Contractor should submit 2 Nos CD showing detailed design with description/ specification complete alongwith heat load calculation (For summer, winter & monsoon) design, drawing bill of quantities and two Nos hard copies. (b) Outside design conditions can be obtained from concerned metrological authorities. (c) Contractor will develop the soft copy of all the drawings required for the work on the basis of Hard copy/line plan of the project. (d) The details given in Appendix 'C', 'D' & 'E' of particular specifications are tentative. Contractor has to obtain firm details from GE in consultantion with users. (e) Atmospheric/any other required data to be obtained from concerned metrological deptt/Govt institutions. (f) DPR should be vetted alongwith its drawing from IIT/NIT & finally approved by GE. (g) The work of Air Conditioning shall be carried out by specialist agency having past experience as approved by GE. (h) Noise level (sound pressure) should not exceed the permissible limits. (i) Testing includes phase- I, 24 Hrs continuous and Phase-II 24 Hrs continuous for all three seasons. (k) Any other connected works not mentioned above but considered necessary by the tenderer for successful installation, commissioning and operation and efficient performance of the plant shall be provided by the contractor and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be inclued in the quoted unit rates.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTE:- For items of Dewage disposal notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IX (SEWAGE DISPOSAL) shall also be applicable.

ROAD/CULVERT

M&L 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) (layed in two layers of 75mm thickness each layer) prepared in continuous mixing plant, spreading should be done by mechanical paver and not be dumped in heaps, power roller should be used for rolling and consolidated to gradient and camber required and the final layer should be allowed to dry for 24 hrs including necessary lateral support and formwork if required using crushed stone coarse aggregate of maximum size 40mm of grading as specified and igneous type rock such as granite/trap/basalt, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for sand stone edging of roughly rectangular stone of size 50mm to 60mm thick not less than 300mm deep & 50 to 60 cm in length; dressed so that the maximum depression from a strainght edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm from top and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in CM (1:6) & joint struck flush including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed

SECURITY FENCING AND GATE

M&L Steel gate 6.00 metre wide in double leaf including RCC pillars in RCC M-25 design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, excavation and earth work form, reinforcement steel, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, two coats of cement base paint to pillars, 10 mm thick cement mortar plaster on concrete surfaces in cm (1:4) etc all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEBZ/TD/104/2011 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Irrespective of whatever width shown on drawing the gate shall be 6.00 meter wide.

M&L Wicket gate of steel 1.5 m wide all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEBZ/TD/106/2011 Sheet 1/1 complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Multi criteria heat and smoke detectors complying with any type certified to EN - 45 baddressable type heat & smoke detector photoelectric/optical with self build intelligence as per IS:11360, Detectors shall comply with and be type certified to UPCB Heat and smoke detectors. Dectector housing shall be moulded in pure white self-extinguishing polycarbonate, V-O rated to UL94. Detectors shall be ununobstrusive when installed complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Detectors shall also be installed above false ceiling araes wherever required as per norms.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Zonal indicators panel of upto 6 zones; having provision for audio & video indications for FIRE, FAULT, OPEN/SHORT EARTH CIRCUIT duly interfaced with main control panel. The panel shall be factory manufactured with 1.6mm thick CRCA powder coated enclosure and shall have self diagonistic features and test facilities complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ISI marked Fire extinguisher, ABC type, multi-purpose, 6 KG capacity with squeeze grip valve and pressure indicating meter complete all as specified and directed.
