Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5M deep for foundation / trenches and getting out for soft / loose soil.

NOTE :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5M GI pipe for protection of earth lead. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth lead. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate

M&L of GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm for protection of cable in trenches/on pole, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size 300 x 200 x 105 mm with aluminium bus bar of 100 Amp capacity for RYB and neutral made in suitbale size fixed inside the junction box with necessary supporting insulators fixed on hylem sheet fixed to pole /Wall with MS clamp 20 X 3 mm and nuts & bolts, MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA 240 V - 1 No and aluminum lugs for connecting cables complete all as specified and directed.

S&F connecting and testing timer switch panel box size 400mm x 350mm x 170mm dust and vermin proof made of 16 gauge MS sheet factory made duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint recommended colour over a coat of red oxide primer and mounted inside the following timer switch pannel box shall be fixed on one pole/wall in feeder pillar box with flat iron clamp 40x6 mm or other suitable fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
