M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick wall and racking out joints hacking for key sucrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers of first layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and second layer 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) using water proofing compound (WPC will be paid separately) on brick masonry or stone or block masonry or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 Nominal mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete/ masonary surface by chiseling/ mechanically etc from the roof slab, column, beam and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and removig to debries 50m from site complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying single component polymer based rust-remover (pH value –12 ) and applying polymer based anti corrosive primer (pH value-9) to all exposed reinforced bars as manufacturer instruction complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat as per manufacture's instruction to bind with old concrete / wall surfaces of soffit of slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members for new cement surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying polymer modified cement mortar rendering 15mm average thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface duly mixing polymer modifier, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for drilling 15mm dia holes in to RCC slab / wall / Column /beams to a depth of 100 to 150 mm and fixed with polyster resin grout mixed mechanically and pour the same into the hole and insert the shear connector and finish the top; allow the same to set complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of hard down steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg / sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with annealed MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia welding to existing reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for pressure guniting 40 mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:3 to all affected RCC structures including necessary scaffolding modyfying with mortar with polymer based resin & hardener complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including making good as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Due to rebound during the pressure application, some wastage factor not more than 10% shall be considered for calculation purpose as per manufacturer's recommendations.

M&L for applying curing compound on gunited surface for complete curing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 14 to 21 : (i) The successful contractor shall execute the structural repair and rehabilitation work through the Manufacturer's authorised applicator only and the copy of the agreement/certification for the same shall be submitted to the Accepting officer for approval before the execution of the work. An amount of 5 % of the quoted amount subject to a minimum Rs.50,000/- shall be retained against security deposit against the structural repair work under the respective items and gurantee bond for the same shall be also submitted in Non Judicial stamp paper duly notarized along with the deposit amount & carrying out Structural NDT test from NABL approved lab for enhanced strength after the completion of work. The contractor shall quoted accordingly and no claim shall be entertained later.

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block , Roman , Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply , Install , testing & commissioning of 16m high mast lighting system with all accessories including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The light system consist of following specifications:- (a) Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Par 3. (b) It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, stainless steel wire 6 mm dia rope,integral motor,connector,manual handle,lightining finial ,construction, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 12 luminaries symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial. (c) The mast shall have an integral Power Tool installed inside the base compartment for its motorised operation also manual operation (d) Design and casting of suitable RCC foundation with M-30 grade concrete. Size and depth of foundation shall be assessed by considering SBC of soil as per actual site condition. Rate of soil testing from IIT/NIT/ other NABL approved lab for finding out SBC shall be included in the quoted rate and report shall be submitted before execution of the work

(e) M&L for High mast light foundation / bedding with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as per manufacturing instructions complete. (f) S & F foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, anchor plate and templates. (g) S & F LED type single dome aviation obstruction light - 01 Nos and including all connected wiring complete. Make : Bajaj , Crompton or equivalent. (h) M&L for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete M-30 grade shall be as per manufacturer's recommendations. Foundation drawing shall be submitted to GE duly signed by manufacturer, contractor and recommended by Engineer-in-Charge for approval before execution of work at site. The necessary soil testing shall be carried by IIT/NIT/ other NABL approved labs and its report shall be submitted before the execution of the work and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in this quoted rate.

(j) M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete. (k) S & F outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar box 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, CPRI approved with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 Nos 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (l) S & F LED floodlight 200 W -12 Nos incluing all accessories and silicon filled ported driver, IP 66 protection, driver must have BIS registered complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (m) Trailing cable PVC armoured type from luminaries to the base of pole and from base to feeder pillar box. (n) Provision of lightning finial at the top of the pole.

M & L for earthing complete with GI earth electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level wuith top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and conmmon salt filling in alternate layers cleaned connected to and including GI earth strip 32 x 6mm size upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected light grade 50mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick with 10mm dia reinforcement 100mm c/c and PCC chamber pit with pcc 1:2:4 Type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part -I 2009 complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge
