Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable. 3.5C X 300 sq.mm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vermin & dust proof, front operated cubicle type, indoor type extendable LT panel board made out of 14 SWG thick (min. 2mm) CRCA sheet duly rust inhibited, powder coated, fully compartmentalized complete with double hinged front door with lockable wagon handle with name plates, heavy duty rubber gaskets, removable gland plates made out of 3 mm thick sheet steel, IP 54 and all other parameters to be as per specification etc. with following: 1) Incomer of 02 nos 200A,25KA 4Pole MCCB with Magnetic release and Neutral link (overload adjustable), 2) Outgoing of (i) 03 nos 160A 25 KA 4Pole MCCB with Magnetic release and Neutral link (overload adjustable), (ii) Outgoing of 04 nos 63A 4Pole MCB, 3) Automatic Transfer Switch: 250A, 4 pole ( Make : HPL model no. LV430320 or equivalent) 4) 300A TPN Busbars of high conductivity electrolytic quality Aluminium Alloy ,50 mm channel base frame, 5) Earth bar: 50mmX5mm, 6) LED indication lamp for phase indication and ON-OFF indication: 3+3+6+6=18 nos 7) 3-phase Multi function meter for Incomers: 02 no. etc complete as required.

SITC of AMF panel : Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of 3 phase , 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz, Automatic Mains Failure Control Panel for 25 KVA DG set with by pass arrangement, suitable rating power contactor required for the incomers for mains and alternator supply, suitable size of copper bus bars, control relays, battery charging circuit, meters, indicators, supply and laying of control cable of suitable quantity between the AMF panel and DG set etc including making interconnections and confirming to specifications as required. The set shall be capable to deliver and transfer full load within a switch over time of 5 to 15 seconds complete etc as per specification.

Supply of 25KVA silent type trolley mounted DG set with acoustic enclosure and control panel. The DG set should be radiator cooled, should develop suitable BHP at 1500 RPM as recommended by OEM. The DG set should have integrated fuel tank of capacity 75-100 Ltr. The DG set must be equipped with manual control pannel and maintenance free battery and must confirm to relevant latest CPCB norms. The Trolley for mounting DG sets should be capable to sustain the weight of DG set and its accessories, equipped with pulling arrangement, 04 nos. of tubeless tyre of 16 inch size, 04 nos. of 50W LED flood lights with provision of adjustment for rotation. The trolley should be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of enamel paint etc. as per the instruction of Engineer-in- charge.

Design, fabrication, assembling, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of frangible as per ICAO specifications and weather proof outdoor type LT panels feeder piller with canopy with IP 65 suitable for 440volts 50 Hz AC (3 phase Supply) supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers,3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning and finishing complete 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, extendable type TPN aluminium alloy busbars of high condectivity, DMC/SMC busbar supports, with bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm X 50 mm X 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earthbar of sutable size at the rear with 2 Nos. earth studs, solid connection from main busbar to switchgears with required size of aluminium busbar & control wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates i/c accessories as per specification and providing switchgears, metering instruments etc. along with frangible coupling of suitable size to accomidate the above panel assembly as per specifications complete as required. 1) Incomer of 01 nos 250A,25KA 4Pole MCCB 2) Outgoing of (i) 02 nos 200 KA 4pole MCCB 3) 400A 4Pole Busbars of high conductivity electrolytic quality Aluminium Alloy ,50 mm channel base frame, 5) Earth bar: 50mmX5mm, 6) LED indication lamp for phase indication and ON-OFF indication: 3+3+4+10=20 nos 7) 3-phase Multi function meter for Incomers: 01 no. etc complete as required.

Supplying and making outdoor Straight Through joint with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Make: Tercel, Australia or equivalent.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 32 Amps multistage 1 Phase Series Power Filter (with enclosure) with neutral protection with MOV 20kA+20KA rating in IP55 grade Powder coated metal enclosure with a 63 Amps service bypass changeover switch and copper inter connecting cables and end termination etc as required to be installed at site in the input of the UPS/Voltage stabilizer in series. Make: Tercel, Australia or equivalent.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Single Phase Surge Protection Device (SPD) (with enclosure) of class C and having 100KA, less than and equal to 100 nano seconds neutral to earth, 50 KA, less than and equal to 25 nano seconds line to neutral, with limiting voltage less than 1.5 KV shall be provided on the exit point at the UPS input and UPS output & shall be of modular type. Make: Tercel, Australia or equivalent.

SITC of 1.5 ton split type Air conditioners with 4 kVA voltage stabilizer, wall mounting type (three star rating) fitted with hermetically sealed compressors operating on refrigerant R 410/R 407a/Non CFC suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz Single phase AC supply capable of performing Cooling, Dehumidifying, Air Circulating and Filtering functions i/c making necessary outdoor stand finishing with the cement plastering and neat cement for installing the out door unit as per the site conditions and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge & Supply and fixing of suitable drain pipes,interconection between indoor and out door unit i/c minor civil works as per the site conditions.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and installing of following perforated hot dipped Galvanised Iron cable trays ( galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections , joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing cable as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc.complete as required.

SITC of Microprocessor based 4-zone non-expandable conventional fire alarm panel. The panel should be equiped of 4 zone capacity to take maximum 20 detectors per zone, reset function inbuilt and Alarm & Fault Display by individual LEDs for each detector group. 240 volts AC power supply, Inbuilt SIM and line Auto-dailler, automatic battery charger, 2nos x 12 volt sealed maintenance free batteries sufficient for 12 hours normal working.

Supply of Conventional Type smoke Detector with LED indication , with mounting base.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP4 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required. (300 mm inner dia.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock / road cutting not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
