CIVIL WORK Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works Latest Revision & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in all kind of soil including dressing and leveling the bed up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from work site within 50mtr initial lead and 1.5mtr initial lifts T&P shoring shuttering dewatering if required etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

From 1.5 Mtr upto 3.0 Mtr Depth

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site obtained from approved borrow pits including including carriage by mechanical means from within a specified Lead from from the site, including loading, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including cost of equipments/ labour, conveyance, royalty, T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying of pre constructional anti-termite treatment by drilling 12mm dia holes at distance of 30cm @ junction of wall & floor about 300mm apart deep enough to reach the soil below & chemical emulsion (IMIDACHLOPRIED 30.5SC mixed with 47.5ltr water) pumped these holes to soak the soil @ 1 ltr solution of each hole as per manufactures specification & the holes should be pluged the filling materials including cost of all materials, labour,conveyance, T&P , all taxes and hire charges of machinaries as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering, ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Cement concrete of propertion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of propertion (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using 12mm nominal size clean hard black cursher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming watering curing centering & shuttering etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Terrace

Providing G.S.B. Gr-vi stone screaning materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.
