(16) Landing doors:- SS (AISI441) hairline finish centre opening automatic door provided without vision panel with VF Regenerative (Closed Loop) Drive controlled door drive system. (17) Clear door opening:- Minimum 900 mm x 2000 mm height. (18) Door detector systems:- Full length photocell assembly light curtain sensor. (19) Overload protection:- On overloading the lift car will not start with door remaining open and audio & display indication. (20) Emergency light & alarm:- Rechargeable battery operated alarm bell and emergency light.

(21) Leveling accuracy:- ± 5 mm. (22) Automatic rescue device:- Battery operated ARD for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure / single phasing. (23) Traction media - Belt Drive System:- as per manufacturer's standard with Pulse Monitoring System. (24) Car fan:- Lift car provided with fan with provision of getting automatic switched off in case of having no call. (25) Car flooring:- Recess by 20mm with Decorative granite flooring of approved colour (Granite to be provided by Agency)

(26) Fire Man’s switch:- To be provided at ground floor landing/lobby. (27) Home landing:- Car will automatically come to the preset home landing when there is no call. (28) COP & LOP:- 1 no. COP (with start / Floor button, Emergency STOP/Alarm Button, Door Open/Close Button) and 4 nos. LOP suitable for (G+3) floors with luminious push up / down, Brail button, call registration indicator, digital position indicator, SS face plate etc. (29) Anounciator:- Automatic floor position announcement system with Car Chime (30) Intercommunication System:- 2 way intercom system to be provided.

B. All related minor civil works (wall/ floor cutting, making holes through brics wall or concrete, fixing lifting hooks, chiseling lift shaft, pastering etc.) and mending good the damages to the original finish as necessary and directed by EIC.

Rate should be quoted incl. of all taxes and cess.

Defect Liability period : 1 year
