S & F in repair Pressed steel frames box type made of 1.25 mm thick MS Sheet single rebates of size 105x60mm for doors, ventilator including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, incl PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) to fill the frame & making good complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames made of 2nd class hard wood (sal), wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, supplied and fixed,making good , and including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Mild steel frame work as in door chowkhats with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hinges 100 mm size, and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhats( Butt hinges paid sep) all as spd.

S & F in repair 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter devided into square with plain, chamferred or rounded sash bar and fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, size of members as per SSS Part - I section 8 clause 8.24 (b).

All as per serial item No 14 above but 30 mm thick as in window and ventilator etc are provided with styles and rails, sash bar all as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (b), chemically treated, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+2 bldg including scaffolding

M&L for external wall / Ceiling applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine up to 3 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+3 bldg including scaffolding. Notes for item NoS 67 & 100: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item Nos 67 & 100 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.
