M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash.complete and all as specified directed by engr-in-charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing surface with neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the Cantt area complete all as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of less than 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated wall surface including two coats of wall care putty of less than 2 mm thick on uneven surface as and where required.
