M&L for taking out existing OCB's/VCB's panels from Sub station SMQ HQ WAC & Canara bank of capacity 11 KV and depositing U/S to E/M yard and serviceable to the required location within station for refixing using suitable T&P and vehicle without damaging the panels including removing HT cable connection, earthing strips etc and making good the disturb surface of the sub station complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-Charge.
Supply, testing , installation and commissioning of 11KV,switch gear cubical type of modular design with partition on frames between panel, floor mounting having the extendable busbars, totally metal enclosed, indoor switchgear with access to the switchgear and cable compartment from rear side and the cable entry from bottom complete with the arc proof cable compartment doors and as incomers 02 Nos, and 05 Nos Vacuum Circuit breaker as outgoings in one common bus bar having IP-65 degree of protection as detailed here in after,battery backup conforming to IS : 13118 of 1991 and IS 3427 of 1997 complete all as specified with and including following items :-
(g) Spring assisted snap action Motorized mechanism. (h) Acr proof cable compartment to receive the XLPE cable. (k) Numerical self powered relay with 3 overcurrent elements, one earth fault element and high set intantaneous triping comprising. (l) Master trip relay -01 No (m) Anti pumping relay - 01 No (n) Hooter - 01 No (o) Emergency trip push button - 01 No (p) Strip heater to prevent absorption of moisture - 01 No (C) INTER LOCKING :- The VCBs shall be interlocked mechanically as well as electrically in such a way that only one incomer panel is ON at any time complete all as specified by Engr-In-Charge. The locking feature specified is in addition to standard safety featutres as per manufacturer design for the HT panels.

Dismantling of unserviceable worn out/weathered/damaged ACSR conductor, service feeder of any size from pole after disconnecting of jumpers and insulator bindings complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of unserviceable worn out/weathered/damaged earth wire of any size from pole after disconnecting of bindings complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down Pin/shackle type insulator from existing LT poles and keeping in save custody for taking of schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50 mtr or removing from site.
Disconnectind electrically, dismantling and taking down existing street light fitting with mounting bkt carefully, seggregating serviceable and unserviceable, kepping serviceable in safe custody for reuse in same area and removing u/s from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of stay assembly complete including all accessories i.e bow assembly,loop insulator, foundation plate and GI wire complete all as specied.
Taking down existing U/S PCC poles from SMQ WAC area and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated heavy duty multi stranded armoured and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor conforming to IS- 1554 laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/ through pipes complete of following cross sectional area, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work, cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

Fixing only any wattage upto 70 watt LED with mounting bkt including connecting electrically using PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 volts grade cable with copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm in and including ERW medium grade conduit complete complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing at required depth up to 1.5 mtr by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnectind electrically, dismantling and taking out existing MCCB any rating upto 200 amps, depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fix MCCB 315 Amps, 4 pole, 36 KA adjustable type thermal over load and short circuit protection in existing panel complete with all accessories including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for disconnecting electrically, dismantling from foundation and shifting to Sub Stn 'A' from Command Qtr Sub Stn, HT VCB -02 Nos with due care. Re-installation, connecting electrically, commissioning & testing complete all as required at site or directed. The control wiring shall be extended from existing VCBs installed in Sub Stn 'A'. Note :- Minor repairs required to make the panels fully serviceable and calliberation & setting of relays according to load shall be carried out to the satisfaction of GE/ Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost.
S&F cable route marker of HT made out of cast iron in elliptical shape with embossed HT cable 11000 V on cable route indicator including standing stamp with fixing arrangement into ground with necessary PCC block work of required size complete all as specified.
