AMC for carrying out the B check maintenance from authorised rep or service engineer of the OEM of DG set of Engine Kirloskar/Mahendra of following capacity engine including checking of vibration damper, checking of turbo charger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, checking inlet & exhaust manifold cap screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, toping up the level of exiting engine oil or replacement of engine oil if required, coolant top up all as specified and directed. AMC copy from the respective make of the DG set has to be submitted for Payment of RAR. (a) Engine oil & Coolant will be measured and paid separately for the Engine as supply only items. (b) 'B' check shall be carried out at the rate 6 visits per year. (c) If air filter found unserviceable, shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix solenoid switch 3phase 415V(15 to 160KVA)complete set as per existing size and make of any DG set including taking down old one and taken as credit complete all as specifed and as directed.

Repair to self starter 12Volts by taking out old burnt out copper winding wire and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of same gauge including replacement of unserviceable pinion bush solenoid coil carbon brushes & tension spring complete in commissioning and testing including taking down old one and taken as credit complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust insulation cover of thickness 15 to100mm for exhaust pipe for any capacity DG set complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for painting body surface of DG set of capacity160KVA Engine, alternator, AMF panel complete, by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.
