Preparing plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflourescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified .

Preparing plastered or unplastered old ceiling surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflourescent saft and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified.

Preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Oil emulsion distemper white or tinted complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of Oil emulsion distemper over chalk whitening to preparatory to distempering, including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each and offered as credit.

All as per Sl. Item No 07 here in before but n exc 1.5 Sqm each

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1.00 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each.
