Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Rated rectangular factory fabricated 16G Mild Steel kitchen exhaust ducts, welded construction with transverse joints having MS structural steel (TDF not allowed) complete with gaskets, supports, seismic support and all other accessories as required suitable for 50 mm wg external static pressure as per the technical specification. The duct shall be provided with fire rated coating and rockwool insulation of density 105 kg/m3 with aluminum foil, 50mm thick suitable for 2 hours fire rating in the terminal building including repair / re-installation of false ceiling, wall opening and making good etc complete as required.
Supply and providing of fire rated coating suitable for 2 hours fire rating as per BS 476 part 24, fire sealant on the joints etc on existing HVAC / ventilation/exhaust ducts installed in terminal building including repair / re-installation of false ceiling, etc making good etc complete as required.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built double skin type floor mounted air handling unit(fan section only) made of 25 mm thick panels consisting of pre plasticized G.I. casing of thickness 0.6 mm outside layer and 0.6mm thick minimum plane GI inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation of density 40 ± 2 kg/m3 factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with blower section with blower DIDW forward curved centrifugal fan, space provision for Electronic Air Cleaner , MERV8 filters, vibration isolators and fire retardant canvass connection , squirrel cage induction motor belt driven package with TEFC drive motor (IE-3), mounted within the housing and all other accessories etc. complete as required confirming to specification. The fan motor shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% Volts, 50Hz, AC power supply. 12000 CFM 80 mm WG SP
