Taking out the submersible pump/Openwell Submersible Pump set for repairs and lowering down after repairs the submersible pump set of any capacity & of any type from the bore well to a depth of not exc. 70 mtrs including scrapping of the existing paint of submersible pump set and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer complete after repair / replacement of spares and commisssioning complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: COST OF REPAIR SHALL BE MEASURED AND PAID AGAINST RELEVANT ITEM]

Repairs to Non clog ,Open well submersible Pump set of electric driven of any type make and capacity upto 5 HP incl rewinding of the motor with same gauge and weight of PVC insulated copper conductor incl renewal of Mechanical seal, Bearing ,thrust plate, CI bowl, pump shaft, impeller , strainer, bush cable gaurd etc. reassembling, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of column pipe 50 mm dia heavy duty ISI marked , 10 feet length both ends machine threaded with long thread heavy duty socket complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable PVC weather proof cable and replacement with new PVC weather proof copper cable for size 3 core 2.5 sqmm suitable for submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Replace of non return valve gun metal 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Replace of non return valve gun metal 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 400 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,400 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 200/250 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,200/250 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 160 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,160 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 100 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB 63 Amps and replacing the same with new MCCB 415 V,25 KA ,4 Pole ,63 Amps. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reparing/maintenance of existing electrical panel boards of pump sets by replaing worn out spares as starter/single phase preventor/ relay /contactors MCCB's / MCB's / switch gear / cable glands/ lugs pin type, U type etc, cleaning of panel board, tightening of cable connection to avoid sparking, insulating bus bars bracket portion of conductor and to ensuring proper function of the panel board complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: ( I ) Cost of spares as starter /single phase preventor/voltmeter/Amp meter/ relay / contactor /MCCB's/ MCB's / Switch gear / cable gland etc shall be measured and paid against relevant item. (ii) Cost of lugs (pin type / U Type) ,insulation taps shall be included in quoted rate. (iii) Cost of fixing of spares shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 .
