Schedule-A (B/R Work)

Dismantling of existing brick tiles in single layers on roof including grass, trees treating with chemical and cleaning the surface and removal out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Taking down earthng strips and solar panel wires from roof and re-fixing on the same position after APP laying is deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing of mud out side of MoD land, (up to 4th storey) all as specified and direction by Engr in charge.

M&L for Cutting out cracks 'V' section on existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing cement concrete in roof or mud stops using type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) rounded or chamfered on edges or making slop on roof complete (up to 4th Storey) all as specified and as directed

M&L 25 mm, thick PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregat) as in padding of floor/ roff surfaces finishees even and smooth surface, complete all as specifeid and directed.complete (up to 4th storey ) all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, as per manufacturer instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete (up to 4th storey) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L water proofing treatment on roof and sunken portion of floor and vertical surface consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 Kg/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 (up to 4th storey) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roof treatment applying PU & Acrylic based Elastomeric coat in UV shave having OVOC coating apply two coats as per manufcturer's instructions to protect roof over clean plastered surface complete all as specified and didrected by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Water proofing gurantee for 10 years shallbe included in the quoted rate. (b) The work shall be executed by authorised company applicator duly approved by GE.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included (up to 4th storey) with necessary scaffolding and safety measures)

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of wall, mixed with integral water proofing compound, the surface shall be cured and allow to dry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (up to 4th storey) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick/stone/concrete surfaces of ceiling finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including preparing of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash over a coat of primer . complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand mixed with Liquid WPC) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 6mm t0 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using Aluminium Channel, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for prepration of new plastered/un plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including necessary (scoffolding 4th storey).

M&L for prepration of new wall surfaces and applying two coats or more distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty by auto Roller of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification including necessary (scoffolding 4th storey).

M&L for comlpete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with putty, applying wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform adn proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plasterred surfaces of walls by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with applying wall care putty upto 1 mm thick as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of exterior emulsion anti fungal paint 100% acrilic smooth exterior paint @ 1.67 Ltr/ 10 Sqm, colour as approved by GE, over & including a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for comlpete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces on ceilings by vaccum based sanding machine complete all as specified, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ hole with putty and applying two coats of white wash white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by using smart periodical methodology/ auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work incl. steel door, gate, window guard bars, grills etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F frame work as in doors frame using MS Box section of required size for making rebate to fix Shutter and other section with gusset plate rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing Door Shutter with MS Butt Hinges and hole for tower bolt, sliding boltetc or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging with and including hinges all as specified and as directed.

M&L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L PCC for 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching & for fixing railing, holdfast etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls,fixed vwith self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as wall, fixed with self in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etac but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mena radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of Cement Concrete reinforcement roof, floor (Other than ground floors), beams , staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended works etc.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) type B1, 1:1 1/2:3 (20 mm graded aggregated) as in slab supported walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landing, balconies,chajjas, conopies, cooping deck slab and selves and the like.

M&L Form work to chajja trough and similer item including edges in falt for rough finished surface of concrete complete all specified and directed

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 50 mm thick, type B1,1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Floors, etc., and finished the Cement Concrete Surfaces Even and fair with using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of size 7-8 mm thick( square / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n. exec. 0.11 Sqm laid as in floors setting and jointed with neat cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers of cement sand mortar ( 1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles,350x250x7mm/ 450x350X7mm to 8 in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc including over 15 mm thick screed bedding layers of cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match he shade of the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in plinth protection and courtyard, finished even and smooth/fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L Chequred cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors including 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F for 20mm dia CPVC SDR 11 pipe fixed to concealed/wall, ceilling,laid in floor etc incl all fittings with solvant anf brass threaded fittings for fixing taps etc including Taking down unserviceable 15mm Steel Water Tubing with Fittings and Connections, including wtar tighteness test etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 1000 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene three layered water with EPI coated storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed with all necessary fittings i in position including taking down existing water tank of 500 to 1000ltrs or removing of existing RCC old tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

S&F in repairs ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for gunntling to RCC works in column, beams, slabs, chajja, ceiling, facia landing , balconies and similar work etc by removing/dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) including plaster and cutting of steel bar including cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fisng with sufficient fastners/concrete nails/welding at regular intervals welded steel wire mesh 50mmx50mm with 4mm dia steel wire as faces/drops and applying epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikaa. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm with varying thickness from 25mm to 100mm as per requirement at site gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one pat of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) and plastering in cm 1:4 to a uniform surface, wherever required at any height, location and positon complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all conrete surface shall be thorughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars were incorporated in work however min 20mm cement plaster in 1:4 and necessary concrete wks related to gunniting to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Gunniting at Ground floor to 4th storey (iv) Anti corrosive protective coating for reinforced bars. (v) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Rate for steel scaffolding and formwork wherever required and as directed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) All demolished material removed from MoD land completely to any location as per NGT Norms. (viii) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations.

Re-baring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle if required in existing concrete/brick work as in column, beams, slabs and foundation etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm, 16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm, 12mm & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm & 12 mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin+hardner). Make: Sika, Fosroc or concressive 1450 of BASF complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000. (ii) Reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work will be paid under the relvent items. (iii) The work shall be carried out upto four storied building with scaffolding and in patches as directed by Engr-in-charg e. (iv) Rate for scaffolding and formwork wherever required and as directed to be included in quoted rate. (v) The works will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations.

M&L for cleaning of water tank, duly removing all scale, dirt or mud, fungus etc and washing and flushing the tank with chlorine water for the capacity of tanks 250 ltrs to 500 ltrs of RCC or PVC tanks includign writing the leters on PVC or RCC tank as cleaned on duly mentioning date of cleaning with paint as directed by engr-in-Charge. Note:- while cleaning any parts of the float wall, gate volve, union, water tanks was broken/damaged the same shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost the departments.

M&L for cleaning of water tank, duly removing all scale, dirt or mud, fungus etc and washing and flushing the tank with chlorine water for the capacity of tanks 500 ltrs to 1000 ltrs of RCC or PVC tanks includign writing the leters on PVC or RCC tank as cleaned on duly mentioning date of cleaning with paint as directed by engr-in-Charge. Note:- while cleaning any parts of the float volve, gate volve, union, water tanks was broken/damaged the same shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost the departments.

Removal of demolished bldg materials including loading, unloading and stacking at destination, distance more than 05 km and up to 10 km as per NGT norms complete all as specified.

Note :- The amount of Rs 68066.00 against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 144 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
