Material and labour for opening of HT, 11KV, 630 Amp, VCB front and back side complete after taking shutdown HT breaker, Timing test, CRM test, insulation resistance test, calibration test, check motor charge mechanism, potential transformer resistance measurment, checking control power cable connection, cleaning the dusting inside & out side of VCB, greasing, oiling the mechanical parts and relay setting of VCB and Complete servicing and testing overload relay, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, indication lamp and all the protective equipment inside the VCB to be serviced and working properly with necessary replacement of defective equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for setting of 3 phase over current + earth fault relays by secondary injection of current with suitable equipment for over current & earth fault with high set and low set including necessary checking of trip circuit, relay circuit, closing circuit, alarm circuit, DC supply circuit, AC supply circuit and repair of same as required for 11 kV VCB after disconection of incoming and out going HT XLPE cable connection and reconnection of cable ends at existing terminals after completion of relay setting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
