Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 11.60)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Water thinnable cement primer (HSR 11.67.1) (LR)

Wall painting on a cement plaster surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work (HSR 11.71.1)(LR)

Recovery items: - Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rate quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of structure have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) on approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. The reserve price is as under: - (i) Brick @ Rs.4000/- per 1000 Nos.

ii) Brick Bats @ Rs. 400/- per cum
