The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M & L for preparation of new surface decorated brick/concrete/ plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down etc and applyinga layer of wall care putty to prepare the surface even & smooth using sand paper and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Srl Item No 28 above but on celling surafce etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old Steel and Iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as Specified and directed.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of pink primer to new wood surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

S & F to 300 x 300 mm corner glass shelf with SS ralling and brakets and fixed to wall and tile surface all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) The work mentioned in above items shall be carried out in multi storey buildings (G+8) which may require scaffolding or Jhulla arrangements or any other T&P items are included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (b) All the above items including S&F of water tanks to be executed on top of roof slabs of multi storey buildings (G+8) (c) Laying CPVC/GI/PVC drain pipes to be carried out from top of roof slap up to bottom of bldg floor wise through shaft area and as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) All debris obtained from demolition item shall be removed from the site at daily basis to avoid any seepage/leakage from roof slab and deposit the debris out of the MoD land.
