Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core including dismantling of old U/S cable

All as per item above but 10 Sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cables all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cms in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and spread dry vegetable Riddled soil in trenches for cable Cushioning.Note: for purpose of payment punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

M&L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class ELV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm® flat perpendicular to axis of cable for protecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay HDPE pipe ,6 kgf/cm2, 32 mm dia in trenches for road crossing/laid in floors etc.

S& F for Hard PVC junction box of existing make and weather proof with bus bar for three phase and neutral link including MCB SP 6 Amps -1 No and necessary cable gland- 2 Nos for 10 sqmm 4 core cable and locking arrangement.complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for Aluminium painting to Steel tubular Street light pole for 5.5 mtr from top towards bottom and next 0.45 mtr Navy Blue and next 1.10 mtr white and 0.45 mtr Synthetic enameld paint yellow & black colour (Tiger cross) on Coping and writing pole No with white paint inside of black circle above the Navy blue painting and aluminium painting to GI bracket / pipe etc. above the copping and all as specified and and as directed.

M&L in Replacement sub main wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into steel pole including accessories fixed on poles with proper bracings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 1.5 sqmm, one run of 1.5 sqmm conductors and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Material and Labour in Replacement sub main wiring with two single core 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia including accessories fixed on poles with proper bracings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of 1.5 sqmm, one run of 1.5 sqmm conductors and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Marking of Street light pole made of Steel or RCC by writing letter of size not less then 5 CM /figures (i.e. MES and 01 to 150 etc ) on black back ground surface of 150 mm dia with white synthetic enamel paint including removing existing letter/figures complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending Electric Complaints for street lights/Security light/ Tower light/Flood light / Building light/Street Light LT UG Cable any type and capacity for continuous running, all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :(i) Complaints shall be attended by Electrician with in 48 Hrs . (ii) Any items consumed in the Light Complaints, shall be measured seprately with fixing charges . No attending charges shall be paid extra for Complaints for that complaint. (iii) Electric complaints attending charges is not paid when Any other item(New Electric fitting,Cable,Submain wiring etc) has been consumed already. (iv)If Contractor fails to rectify complaint with in 48 hrs ,Then 100 Rs per Complaints per 24 hrs shall be recovered in the RAR.(v) Ladder for fixing and repair work of LED Street light provide by the contractor.

Material and labour Corrugated PVC Pipe 20 mm dia all as specified and directed .

M&L in Repair Plain cement concrete1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Pole plinth foundation including necessary formwork, weathering slightly, rounded or chamferd angles and throating etc; including two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement die cast aluminium IP66 LED Building Light luminaire with high power LEDs, 35 Watt of Luminious efficacy 120 Lumen /Watt,Total Lumens 4200,5700 K Temperature , capacity all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement Post top lantern warm or white colour LED TYPE 40Watt,Outdoor type ,5700 K Temperature,Lumen efficacy 80 Lumens/watt,total Lumens 2800 ,IP 65 Protection ,with decorative post top with 360 degree indirect light all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note:- Colour and Pattern shall be decided by engineer in charge

Supply and fix Street light Timer ,Digital type ,all as specified and directed by enginneer in charge .

S& F in replacement Straight hot shrink cable joint kit for LT ug cable of size 16/10 sqmm 4 core including excavation,refilling of earth work at undergruond cable fault position and making good surface at the fault position complete all as specified and as directed.Note-Cable fault Position shall be detected by the contractor by Manual exacavation upto 30 Mtrs Length .

Supply and fix in replacement Straight hot shrink cable joint kit for LT ug cable of size 10 sqmm 2 core including excavation,refilling of earth work at underground cable fault position and making good surface at the fault position complete all as specified and as directed.Note-Cable fault Position shall be detected by the contractor by Manual exacavation upto 30 Mtrs Length .

S & F in replacement GI pipe bracket 25 mm medium grade dia not exceeding 1.2 mtrs long bend to shape suitable for fixing street light to PCC/steel pole including suitable size MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, etc.

Material and labour PVC insulated,PVC round sheathed multicore industrial cable of size 3 Core ,2.5 Sqmm for voltage grade upto 1100 V,as per IS 694 all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22. 8.5 meter long complete with CI base plate of size 400mm dia x 20mm thickness and final including two coats of primer and two coats of aluminium paint all as speified and directeed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting 40 Watt as directed including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete including Excavation & earth work.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or revited, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks .

M&L preparation old steel surfaces and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
