Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Construction of embankment including complete operations which includes excavation of earth, including loading, transporting and unloading at construction of apron site for all leads and lift within the airport premises, spreading with dozer, dressing, levelling, providing camber, grading with motor grader and consolidating with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity etc as per MORTH Specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying Polythene Sheet (400 Micron thick) conforming to IS 2508 antifriction layer on the sub base course complete as per specification with specified over lap between adjacent strip and transverse joint. (only plan area is measured for payment).

Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. minimum flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using 350 Kg of ordinary Portland cement of 43 grade, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge using Manual method including making necessary provision for expansion joint, curing, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and particular specifications. The item for execution shall also include the following operations: i) Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. ii) Filling Polysulphide sealant in dummy, construction and expansion joints including providing closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, and painting side of joints with Polysulphide primer, etc. complete (to be paid separately )

Providing and laying in position for expansion joint, 25mm thick pre-cut Synthetic joint filler board of approved make conforming to IS:1838(part 3)-2011, 45 mm from top (to be removed at the time of filling of Polysulphide sealant), complete as per particular specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Mode of measurement shall be length of joint multiplied by depth of filler board including precut portion.)-unit m2

Providing and laying in position with polysulphide (pouring grade) conforming to BS-5212-1990 of approved brand in expansion /construction / dummy joint including painting the contact surface of the joints with polysulphide primer of approved brand over and including expanded polyethylene armour rod in expansion / construction / dummy joints etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For payment only polysulphide quantity to be considered) Expansion joints 25mm wide x 10mm deep over 30mm dia expanded polyethene armour rod.

Providing and laying in position with polysulphide (pouring grade) conforming to BS-5212-1990 of approved brand in expansion /construction / dummy joint including painting the contact surface of the joints with polysulphide primer of approved brand over and including expanded polyethylene armour rod in expansion / construction / dummy joints etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For payment only polysulphide quantity to be considered) Construction joints 10mm vide x 10mm deep over 12mm dia expanded polyethylene armour rod (Total depth from the bottom of polyethylene rod to the top of joint will be 28mm)

Providing and laying in position with polysulphide (pouring grade) conforming to BS-5212-1990 of approved brand in expansion /construction / dummy joint including painting the contact surface of the joints with polysulphide primer of approved brand over and including expanded polyethylene armour rod in expansion / construction / dummy joints etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For payment only polysulphide quantity to be considered) Dummy joints 10mm x 10mm deep over 12mm dia expanded polyethylene armour rod ( Total depth from the bottom of polyethylene to the top of joint will be 24mm)

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign mater;al etc. and lining out complete. a) New work (Two or more coats)

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :a) In cement mortar

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a)All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stone and preparing surface complete.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Fine sand). A) Flush poiting
