Construction of Temporary LT Line in GT Marg to Shivala Marg (Ganga East) in Jhusi Area Sector 19 & 5 and adjacent parking area (as per instruction of E.E.) during Maha Kumbh Mela 2024-25 which includes loading, carriage and unloading of materials from Mela store to work site and work site to Mela store, alongwith dismantling of line after Kumbh Mela. (MS Nuts & Bolts with washer for all related works will be provided by contractor on rental basis.)

Construction of L.T. line single phase 4 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 9 Mtr. long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 6 Nos. latching per span ) & earthing of every tenth poles.

Maintenance of L.T. Line single phase, 4 wire by providing maintenance gang for complete Mela Period or As per instruction of mela administration( (Contractor will provide minimum 6 persons round the clock for maintenance)

Dismantling of L.T. line single phase, 4 wire after completion of Mela period or As per instruction of mela administration and carriage back complete line material to Mela store.

Construction of L.T. line Three phase 6 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 9 Mtr. long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 6 Nos. latching per span ) & earthing of every tenth poles.

Installation of LED Street Light Fittings In Concern Area by Mounting & fixing of street light bracket with clamps and LED street light fitting, on erected S.T.P. in proper position and making electrical connection. This also include repairing of old street light fitting and replacement of fittings during the Mela period, dismantling of the fittings after Mela and loading, carriage, unloading of material from Mela store to site of work and return back to Mela store.

Providing Camp Connection with 4sqmm wire in PVC conduit non inflammable , and Light Fitting in camps, premises, shops etc. by fixing, fitting, tapping of connection from nearest mains with 2 core insulated cable having no joints except end terminal and all such materials required for actual energisation of these light points irrespective of their distance inside the camps, shops, premises etc will be provided by the contractor on rental basis. (All wiring should be done in PVC conduit with 4sqmm wire, PVC conduit non inflammable, wire and all accessories will be provided by contractor on rental basis) (contractor will provide 10 gang for camp connection, maintenance and dismantling after mela per gang comprising 01 skilled and 01 unskilled persons )

Installation of switches 5A

Providing Bulk supply/single points connection to Mela Area for VIP camps and all essential services by providing following capacity of distribution board (Distribution board Fuse set/MCB will provided by contractor on rental basis).

Installation of Distribution board of size 2.5'x2' on wooden board with cutout of 200/100/63 amp as per requirement of site for three phase along with neutral link on rental basis. The distribution board should be fixed on iron angle frame at the height of 5' from ground level.

Installation of Single Phase/Three Phase (as per requirement) Distribution board having capacity of 32/16/5 amp on wooden/PVC board on rental basis.

Providing 5 Amp Socket Point with switch (Standard make ISI approved) For Charging Mobile/ Battery for communication & biometric system will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.

Installation of 15 Amp Socket with TPN MCB Switch. (Standard make ISI approved) will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.

Installation and proper fixing of MCB Distribution Box with Numbering on each MCB on already erected S.T.P. at 5' height from ground level on rental basis. The Box should be covered, water proof and leakage proof including all safety measures containing 1 No. Isolator (63 Amp) and 3 No. MCB 16 Amp (Isolator and MCB should be Standard make ISI approved).(No. of MCB may vary as per site requirement)

Painting of whole 9.0 Mtr. long ST poles with Silver Paint and 11 Mtr. with post office red on top of poles at main road and Ghats, Installed in concerned area during Mahakumbh Mela 2024-25. (All required materials will be provided by the contractor).

Construction of 11/0.4 KV, 2x400 KVA Temporary Sub-Station & Laying of L.T. Cable in concern area for Electrification work of Kumbh Mela 2024-25 including Connection of RMU wherever required and its maintenance during Mela period. This also include dismantling of the material after Mela including loading, carriage and unloading of material from Kumbh mela Store to site of work and return back to Mela Store after Mela.

Construction of four pole structure on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/ angles, painting (with post office red on top) and earthing etc and Installation of G.O. 4 Nos. D.O. 2 Nos. fittings, making of Busbar on the top portion of structure with cutting, fabrication and mounting of channel/Angle on four pole.

Construction of T/f plinth of size 1.5x1.5.x1.25 Mtr. with Ist class bricks of 0.95 meter height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 meter thickness. brick work will be in ratio of 1:4 Cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm. below from the top of plinth. The cement, sand and stone ballast should be placed in ratio 1:2:4 and 2 nos. channels be grouted in the concrete. The T/f plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12mm thick in 1:6 Cement, and mortar.

Installation of 400 KVA Transformer on plinth and making all HT/LT connections from transformer to L.T Tailless unit and earthing of transformer.

Installation of Tailless Unit by providing structure of channels with the help of 3/4 meter long M.S. Channel including mounting of 12 to 16 Nos. Tailless Unit 500/300 Amps. Also making of copper bus bar and its tapping, and earthing of structure by earth rod at two Point

Making of foundation plinth for D.G. Set of Size 14x4 ft. with the help of 1st Class Brick and its plastering with cement and Sand in ratio 1:6 which includes fixing of Change Over Switch on Sub Station Angle size 65x65x6 mm and its proper connection.

Bamboo barricading around four pole, Tailless unit and transformer plinth for safety purpose including its painting.(All materials will provided by contractor.)

Brick barricading, Singhara with bricks and painting alternatively with Geru and Lime.(All materials will provided by contractor.)

Operation of above 11/0.4 KV, 2x400 KVA substation during Maha Kumbh Mela 2024-25 round the clock from the date of energisation with the help of skilled operating staff (Operating Staff will be provided by the contractor). Two skilled manpower must be in each shift and minimum 3 shifts must be performed everyday)

Fixing of Fire bucket stand with four nos. buckets including its grouting and two no Fire extinguisher at sub-station in Maha Kumbh Mela 2024-25.

Laying of L.T. PVC cable 3.5x400 sq mm or equivalent size which also include maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela.

Laying of L.T. PVC Cable 3 ½ x240 sq. mm. or equivalent size inside sand, which also includes maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela.

Laying of L.T. PVC Cable 3 ½ x150 sq. mm. or equivalent size inside sand, which also includes maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela.

Laying of L.T. PVC cable 3.5x 70 sq mm or equivalent size which also include maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela including carriage from Mela Store to site of work and back carriage from site of work to Mela Store.

Erection of separate 9mtr pole for cctv camera and giving connection to it from nearest 24 hrs supply using board and switch.

Erection of 9mtr Double pole and fixing of 400A Pole mounted L.T Distribution box on it at every Chauraha of mela and connection by laying of 3.5x150/70 mm cable from nearest 2x400kva substation.

Laying of LT Cable 3.5x70/150/240sqmm with 6'' HDPE/DWC Pipe on main road crossings of LT line as per instruction by concern JE/AE.(HDPE/DWC pipe will provided by contractor on rental basis)
