Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Rate contract shall be initially for a period of Two years from the date of Agreement

The Rate approved in this tender shall be valid for the whole of the period of the rate contract and no upward revision will be allowed during the period of the contract

The identified party should print and supply the material within 7 to 10 days after receiving the work order from Store Purchase office irrespective of the quantity. Delay in handling over the printed material is not acceptable and payment would not be made. It shall be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to deliver the printing work at destination premises as stipulated date time of work order

The Bidders may inspect the samples of printing items like Registers, Bill Books & other items before quoting rates on any working day between 1.30 PM to 4.00 PM. Bidders shall quote for all the items is mandatory

The exact value of printing work are required to be procured in 2026-27 & 2027-28 & the quantity of which is tentative and may vary time to time

The Quality of printing should be of good standard and as per requirement. In case it is found that the services are not up to the mark and ordered specification, it would be open to terminate the Agreement and forfeit the Earnest Deposit and black list the firm and next party would be considered for handling over the printing work

All the rates quoted in tender must be inclusive of transportation, packing, forwarding, handling and GST etc

The Tendering Authority reserves the all rights to accept or reject any firm or cancel the tender proceeding without assigning any reason whatsoever

The Bidders should be quoted for all items otherwise the tender will be Rejected.

Lowest tenderer will be decided based on total lowest rates
