Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq mm ISI marked FRLS PVC insulated single core copper conductor (Finolex/Poly-Cab/RR) cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit medium (AKG/Kinjal/Polycab) with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box incorporated with Neutral & Earth link & earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm green colour FRLS PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable etc as required. Group - A

Supply and fixing 5/6 amps. piano type switch (Anchor/Great white/Havells make) on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 5/6 amps. Socket (Anchor/Great white/Havells make) outlet on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 15/16 amps. piano type switch ( Anchor/Great white/Havells make) on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 15/16 amps. Socket outlet (Anchor/Great white/Havells make) on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 5amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of batten / angle holder on the existing junction box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 6 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Legrand/Hager/Siemens/ C &S make ISI marked as approved. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 8 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Legrand/Hager/Siemens/ C &S make ISI marked as approved. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing of single pole 6 to 32 amps rating, 240 volts MCB (C series) of Legrand/Hager/Siemens/ C &S make in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commsissioning etc. as requried.

Supplying and fixing of DP 32 amps rating, 415 volts MCB (C series) of Legrand/Hager/Siemens/ C &S make in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commsissioning etc. as requried.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 32 amps "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.. Legrand/Hager/Siemens/ C &S make as approved.

Supply and fixing metal box of 180 mm x 100 mm x 60 mm deep on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in the front including painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/recess along with 32amp,240V , C-series DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.Legrand/Hager/Siemens/ C &S make, as approved

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring with the 2 x 6 sq mm + 1 x 6 sq mm earth wire.(Panel to MCB DB) (Type- I and II qtr) FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable (Finolex/ Poly-Cab/ RR) make ISI marked as approved, in surface/recessed PVC conduit medium (Kinjal/AKG /polycab) as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring with the 2 x 10 sq mm + 1 x 6 sq mm earth wire.(Panel to MCB DB) (Type-III and SA) FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable (Finolex/ Poly-Cab/ RR) make ISI marked as approved, in surface/recessed PVC conduit medium (Kinjal/AKG /polycab) as required.

Supplying and fixing call bell/buzzer, suitable for D.C/A.C single phase, 230 volts, complete as required.

S/F Flush type Rotary Step 120/280 volt Fan regulator on the existing switch box/cover including connection etc as required. Anchor/Great white/Havells make etc as approved.

Supplying & fixing the louvers/shutters complete with frame for upto 300 mm sweep exhaust fans incluiding P/F of wire mesh for protection of rat.

Supplying, installation, testing and commssioning of 1200 mm sweep white/milky/ivory colour BEE energy efficient ceiling fan, Air Delivery 215 M3/Min (Havells ES 50 /ES 40 / Usha Technix plus / C & G Model- Aura plus make) including wiring the down rod of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying, installation, of mettalic body exhaust /ventilating fan of 300 mm sweep of Usha / Almonard/ Havells / C & G make as approved in the existing opening including making connections, testing, commissioning etc as required.

Supplying, installation, of PVC body exhaust /ventilating fan of 250 mm sweep of Usha / Almonard/ Havells / C & G make as approved in the existing opening including making connections, testing, commissioning etc as required.

Supplying & installation, testing and commissioning of prewired baten fitting/LED channel (box type) suitable for one number 4ft, LED tube light of (Philips , Klite , Wipro, lighting technology make) etc. directly on wall including connections with 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated, copper conductor etc.as required.

Checking and cleaning of the ceiling fan installed in different type of qtrs of different sizes alongwith minor repair as required as per direction of engineer in charge etc as required.

Maintenance, service for 2 shifts i.e. 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM (8 hours per shift) of Internal & External Electrical Installations system such as attending of fuse calls, day to day staff quarters maintenance, maintenance & checking of LT Distribution Panels / Feeder Pillars, Meter Panels, Repair of Street Light Fixtures, substation control room panel & day to day other maintenance routine jobs & maintaining the log book for day to day maintenance work in respect of IMMT residential campus. Provide preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance service of above-mentioned work as per laid down maintenance schedule, technical specifications, etc., complete as required. All petty materials for maintenance work, such as fuse wire, short piece of wire, test lamp, torch and battery, insulation tape, cotton waste, tools and plants, ladder shall be provided by the contractor within the tender cost, no extra payment on this account. The contrctor has to deploy minimum group of one skilled electrician and one unskilled worker (helper) per shift. There will be two shifts i.e: from 6.00AM to 2.00PM and 2.00PM to 10.00PM on every Monady to Friday and General shift from 9.00AM to 5.30PM on every Saturday and Sunday. (The quoted rate should include wages of the worker deployed for this work plus the overhead / contractor profit , Labour cess and GST . However the statutory dues (if applicable) like ESI, EPF and Bonus shall be re-imbursed to the contractor on production of payment receipt / proof of payment to appropriate authority / person) Quoted rate should not be less than the minimum wages declared by labour commissioner (central), Govt. of India as applicable to Bhubaneswar for two skilled and two unskilled persons per month (26days), otherwise tender will be out rightly rejected. Note:- Except this item contractor has to deploy separate man power for other jobs.
