Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity modular type VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) / VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) Top Discharge Outdoor units equipped with multiple high efficient DC twin rotary / All inverter scroll type compressors, special acrylic pre-coated heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, Microprocessor controller for auto check function for connection error, auto address setting of capacities and quantities, complete with all accessories for electrical and mechanical protections of the system having the following capacities., including providing initial charge of R410A / Eco Friendly Refrigerant gas, System Should Run at normal working voltage, ( i.e. : Suitable for running in 415 V / 50Hz / 3Phase Power supply) , complete including cartage etc. as required. Refrigerant shall be R410A / Eco Friendly Refrigerant gas and all compressors shall be of inverter type only for better efficiency. The COP should be minimum 5.40 at 50% part load under normal operating conditions. ODU shall be mounted on suitable cement concrete pedestal duly plastered and painted on the terrace as required.

Outdoor Unit ( ODU ) of 20 HP cooling capacity (fully inverter type) with suitable electrical & refrigerant line interconnections, initial charge of refrigerant R 410 A / Eco Friendly Refrigerant gas and ready for use with single point electrical supply & Refrigerant suction / liquid line tapping, with Minimum 2 Inverter Compressors etc. as required. The ODU must be installed in the Cement concrete/Brick foundation made in the terrace. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity Ceiling Mounted 4Way Cassette type Indoor Unit with decorative panel, compact cooling coil, electronic expansion valve, Multi speed fan motors, dynamically balanced blowers, provision for Fresh Air Intake, In built high lift drain pump, synthetic washable media filter including insulation and suitable for operation on single phase AC supply & remote control operation including Wireless Remote Control. Lifting , Shifting and Installation of above said IDUs (Cassette type Indoor units) by using proper hanging arrangement with the help of necessary anchor fasteners, clamps , threaded rod, check nuts etc., as required to fix the same from the overhead concrete ceiling. The vendor must ensure the safe , secure and standard hanging arrangements for the smooth running of the IDUs.

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of Variable refrigerant flow distribution REFNUTS / Y - Joints in the suction & Liquid lines for various sizes of copper refrigerant piping including insulation etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of necessary interconnecting copper refrigerant pipes of required sizes including accessories, jointing/brazing etc to be carried out with bleeding of nitrogen, duly insulated with required thickness - i.e. : 19mm thick Nitrile Rubber Tubular insulation sections (for both suction and liquid lines ) to prevent condensation , laid on suitable supports using slotted channels with adjustable hanger supporting rods suspended from the ceiling using threaded rods, check nuts etc as required., necessary clamping arrangements etc., at sufficient intervals complete as required ( The correct size of pipe has to be worked out by the vendor and the number of circuits shall match the vendors equipment ), The insulated Refrigerant lines, Insulated drain piping and electrical cables has to be supported at every 2 meter intervals using slotted channels with adjustable hanger supporting rods suspended from the ceiling using threaded rods, check nuts etc as required. Providing and fixing of Drain piping using required sizes of rigid U - PVC pipe (H/D) insulated with 6mm thick Nitrile Rubber Tubular foam sleeve insulation with all required accessories like bends, elbows ,Tees etc., and laid on suitable supports, clamping arrangements etc., for the collection of condensate drain water including connections from the indoor units etc., as required. Supply and laying following sizes of TRS PVC insulated flexible multicore copper conductor cable of 650 Volts grade for Control / Communication i/c providing and laying of suitable size ISI marked medium class PVC conduit on surface / recess, cutting the wall and making good the same so as to match with the original finish, where ever required etc. as required ( Between Indoor & Outdoor Units and for remote control units ) Approved Makes of Electrical Cable : Polycab/ Havells / Finolex /CCI /Universal

2C X 1.0 sq. mm shielded un armoured communication cable

3C X 2.5 sq. mm flexible Copper Cable (Power cable) with suitable 3Pin Plug Top for indoor units.

Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/25/32amps 415 volts "C" curve FP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe 50 mm dia (medium class) on wall surface complete with G.I. fittings including etc. as required Up to 35 sq. mm

Supply of Copper Armoured LT Power Cables 4 Core 10 Sq.mm complete as required. Cable conforming to Armoured 2XWY/2XFY Approved Makes of Electrical Cable: CCI/ Finolex / Havells / Universal / Polycab

Laying and fixing of one number Power Cables 4 Core X 10 Sq.mm of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Up to 35sq. mm(clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of Copper Armoured LT Power Cables 4 Core 10 Sq.mm complete as required

Providing and Fixing 4.00 mm dia ( 8 SWG) Copper wire on surface / in recess for earthing as required from the Main Electrical panel to ODUs as per site requirements.

Minor Civil works like making necessary cement concrete pedestal / brick foundation duly plastered and painted on the terrace for positioning/mounting the Outdoor units (Condenser units) , cutting the wall and making good the same so as to match with the original finish wherever required for laying the interconnecting refrigerant piping, electrical cabling and condensate drain piping etc.,

Pressure testing, Leak arresting, Vacuumising, necessary R410A Refrigerant Gas Charging and Commissioning of the 20 HP AC systems.

INSTALLATION, TRAINING, DEMONSTRATION, COMMISSIONING CHARGES IF ANY

ANY OTHER MISC. ITEM / SERVICE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE PROCUREMENT TO BE CLEARLY SPECIFIED AND QUOTED BY THE BIDDER PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE IS A TURNKEY JOB AND CECRI WILL ONLY HAND OVER SITE. THE ENTIRE CONTRACT TO BE DONE BY THE BIDDER ONLY.
