SCHEDULE "A" PART -I (BUILDING WORK/ PEB STRUCTURES) Design, Construction and Erection of Pre-Engineered Building for Airmen Living(for 20 Airmen) steel structure (Single storey ) including bath/WC and verandah, RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items etc, walls will be made up of self supporting factory made PUF panels of 50mm thick for outer walls and 40mm thick for internal walls including water tank staging 01 No each capable of holding 2 x 1000 ltrs capacity, PVC tanks at a height of 5 mtr above ground level complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed.

Design, Construction and Erection of Pre-Engineered Building for Single Officer Living(for 02 Officers), steel structure (Single storey ) including bath/WC and verandah, RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items etc, walls will be made up of self supporting factory made PUF panels of 50mm thick for outer walls and 40mm thick for internal walls including water tank staging 01 No each capable of holding 2 x 500 ltrs capactiy PVC tanks at a height of 5 mtr above ground level complete all as specified and shown in in drawing and as directed.

Note for item No 1.01 and 1.02 :- (i) PEB structure to be designed to withstand 180 Km/hr (both in line and cross winds) and based on soil parameters. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of designing and vetting of design of PEB structures including design of foundation by IISC Bangalore/ IITs/ NITs. The design (showing full calculations and details) vetted by IISc Bangalore/ IITs/ NITs shall be submitted to the department as per time schedule. (iii) Suitable eves gutters and rainwater downtake pipes as required shall be provided to divert rain water from the roof to ground level . (iv) Internal services as shown in respective Architectural drawings and schedule of finishes except only items covered in Sch 'A' Part- III, Part-IV, Part- X. (v) Yardstick for payment of lumpsum portion to be submitted alongwith design for approval of Accepting Officer.
