Taking down carefully the existing aluminium point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets,ceiling rose, regulators and light fittings any type etc by unscrewing and taken away from site complete. Note: cost of unserviceable materials will be charged from the contractor against schedule of credit.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area)PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, with non metalic rigid PVC conduit with accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. of suitable size including cast iron or pressed steel terminal box for mounting switches, sockets fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

One light point controlled by one switch.

One buzzer point controlled by one switch.

One fan point controlled by one switch through regulator.

One light point controlled by two 2 - way switches.

One three pin socket out let 5 amps on independent board.

All as per item No 2 here in before but with cable 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket out let 15 amps on independent board including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 4 sqmm copper stranded conductor, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with four single core PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 Volts grade, copper cable 4x10 sqmm stranded conductor and drawing through and including rigid PVC non metalic surface conduit of suitable size with all accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. including continus earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, 2 run of cable 10 sqmm copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: One run of PVC conduit and six runs of cable shall be measured and paid as one unit.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mir deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm size connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of G1 earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type CI chamber. Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any make/model and sweep for ovehauling, servicing, cleaning and lubricating movable parts with suitable lubricating oil/grease and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour (spray painted) after preparing the surface throughly and refixing at site at same/different location and connection complete from ceiling rose with new flexible copper cable of suitable size, testing commissioning after completion of the work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The accessories such as bearing and capacitor will be measured as supply only.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any make/model/sweep including removal of existing burnt winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots throughly with suitable cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enamelled copper conductor of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coil suitable to operate on 230 V, single phase, AC supply, permanent capacitor type, tapping the winding and applying air drying on the winding throughly and all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Fan clamp fabricated out of 25x5mm MS flat fixed on angle iron/truss/GI Tubing with bolts, nuts, rubber bushes and washer etc. suitable to fix ceiling fan including painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enammeled paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
