COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS AT HQ KNA, NOM AND PATANJALI OF NAVAL BASE KARWAR

Comprehensive repair / maintenance of Passenger Lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door , simplex collective control system with repair and maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts , such as bearings , bushes, all types of guide shoes, hangers, car door , door locks and its contact control cards/ logic boards , control connector /links, limit switches , push buttons and its spares, welding of crack/broken MS Parts , repair and maintenance of door safety edge working at any principle and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or control , LOP and COP buttons , digital and combined luminous display including buttons inside the car as well as each floor for car position indication and indicator floor calling / indication display

buttons , floor / door sill, necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operations of lifts maintaining of acrylic sheets of suitable size , battery operated alarm bell and emergency light , repair and maintenance of control panel. greasing and lubrication of the guide rails alonwith rope of the lifts to ensure safety and smooth functioning of all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge for following:

One No 8 Passenger Lift (compatible make for existing lift) with 2 Landings ( G+1) floors installed at NOM Building.

Two Nos 8 Passenger capacity Lift (compatible make for existing lift) with 7 landings (G+6) floors, Lift No. 1 and 2, installed at HQ KNA.

Four Nos 26 Passenger capacity Lift (compatible make for existing lift) with 4 Landings ( G+ 3) floors, Lift No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, installed at INHS Patanjali.

One No Goods Lift capacity of 2000 Kg (make: Kone and compatible make for existing lift) with 2 Landings ( G+1) floors installed at Cool & Cold room bldg at BV Yard.

(ii) Systematically examine & adjust the following components :- (a) Motor, Rotating elements, commutate)or, brushes, oil level and other mechanical parts. (b) Controllers, selector, leveling Drives, Mechanical and electrical driving equipments. (c) Governor, Governor sheaves, shaft assembly, Bearing, contact, Governor Jaws and check Governor wiring connection, repair if required and check proper earthing of lift machine and control panel. (d) Car and Landing door push buttons of duplex type, position indicators, replace if required as per existing.

Supply and fix in replacement Car Operating Panel (COP) complete set as per existing suitable for the following capacity lifts installed at HQ KNA, Patanjali, NOM and BV Yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: The above quoted rate includes the installing and testing of the car operating panel all as specified and as directed.

8 Passenger capacity Lifts (G+1, G+2 & G+6)/ 26 Passenger capacity Lifts (G+3).

2000 Kg capacity Goods Lift (G+1) and 1500 Kg capacity Goods Lifts (G+2).
